It’s a hotel with personality, style, and comfort, completely re-furbished, all our rooms are designed with your comfort in mind for a more memorable stay. Newly refurbished, Henley Hotel boasts 27 rooms, including 5 stunning boutique style suites, well proportioned executive and family rooms as well as standard double and twin rooms. For disabled people there is a selection of ground floor rooms including a specially designed room which includes a full wet room with seated showering, grab rails and an emergency cord, simply let us know what your specific needs are.
Within easy access to major road networks such as M40, M42, M6, M69, M1 there is so much a business or leisure guest can reach in just 30 minutes from our hotel.
For business guests who prefer a more personal approach to the larger hotel chains, we are only 20 minutes drive from Birmingham airport, NEC, NIA, Birmingham city centre and Coventry city centre. Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the hotel with both indoor and outdoor space in which to prepare for your meetings and to relax in afterwards. We have on-site conference facilities for up to 20 delegates and for larger groups, we can offer a variety of Conference rooms at our sister venue Henley Golf and Country Club.
For those on a leisure break, we are situated in the picturesque village of Henley-in-Arden which is just 15 minutes drive to Stratford-upon-Avon and no more than 30 minutes drive to Drayton Manor Theme Park, Cadbury World and the Cotswolds to name a few leisure destinations. Because we are within easy access of major road networks it makes a perfect location to base yourself whilst exploring some of the fantastic things the area has to offer.

Our stay here was great, just for a weekend break to visit Cadbury World, only 25min drive away. Very clean room (family). Staff were great, very polite. Good food, our kids even got to meet the chef after our boy said he liked his pasta dish, nice touch! Plenty of free parking. Quiet location and easy access to motorway!
My husband and I had a night stay in the Henley Suite at the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It's the same suite we stayed in when we got married back in 2012, we absolutely love it! Beautiful clean room, friendly staff and a yummy breakfast before we left!
Had an amazing afternoon tea here with a friend. Was made so welcome by the friendly staff especially Hannah! Food was all lovely and fresh. One of the nicest afternoon teas I have had.

Not a bad place very thin walls ! Beds quite small and not too comfortable very small room . Bad smell in bathroom ! Nothing great about 15 mins drive to Stratford
We stayed over at this hotel for a friends wedding, we booked a family room as we were staying over with our 2 children, the room was nice on first appearance, we didn't think of pulling back the quilt to check how clean the sheets were that we would be sleeping on at £105 we expected crisp white sheets, how wrong were we, we expected them to come as standard in the price, not bodily fluid stained.
Staff member was asked for a glass of water as we couldn't get a drink from the bar as he had shut the bar. We didn't even get this.
Emailed general manager it took over a week for a response and this was after contacting Best Western head office and all that was offered was a 10% off our next stay.
Manager defended the disgusting sheets by saying that they had been changed as she had spoke to house keeping. We wish now that we would of done the 20 minute drive home after the wedding as being pregnant and sleeping in someone else's bodily fluids is never a nice experience, it has sickened us to the stomach.
When you stay in a hotel you expect the sheets to be crisp and white, we was asked by a member of staff if we thought that they were "cup marks or ironing marks?" she was showed the photos and even she agreed with what we thought were the marks. The photo that I tried attaching speaks for itself!
They would want to learn some hospitality!! Absolutely no manners or consideration for the guests. Very small room, extremely noisy plumbing from all rooms. All doors bang. Would not recommend to anyone.
