Beginners Flower making class starting Tuesday January 8th until February 12th. 9.30 am until 11.30 am or 7 pm til 9 pm.
You will learn the basic techniques needed to make sugar flowers, including roses, carnations, freesia and foliage, including how to use florist tape to assemble into spray suitable to sit on a cake. Cost £75 including use of tools and all materials.

What can I say about this lady? She is a legend. A pure cake genious! She not only did she make me a gorgeous unicorn, rainbow, and stars with my daughter's name for a cake I was making myself, but she gave me advice on icing the cake, and then rectified my disastrous attempt at icing and even finished decorating the cake for me. She has so much patience and kindness and for that I am forever grateful! Next year you will be making the cake from start to finish Hilary �

I went to see Hilary to ask her how much a christmas fruit cake would be without the icing etc as my inlaws just love a good fruit cake. Ive never made one before but instead of Hilary just saying oh yes ill make one for £30 she gave me the push to give it a go myself and i bought the weighed out fruit, took the receipe she kindly gave me and a 2 weeks later i made my 1st ever feuit cake and its turned out really well. Thank you Hilary your a lovely lady who not only makes great cakes but gives brilliant help and advice.

I have attended three of Hilarys classes and she has enabled me to make some amazing cake toppers. The classes are small, I started by saying "wow I cant do that" In under two hours I had produced a pippa pig, unicorn,elephant, owl,bunny rabbit,princess poppy (I think that is what she is called) Gruffalo, chick, ball,and my favourite a giraffe. We had a good laugh, nice coffee/ tea cake tasting and I met some super ladies. Well recommend the classes. Next my Christmas cake. Should mention nice clean well stocked shop to buy your bits and pieces x

I asked Hilary to make my Mum a Birthday cake for her 70th Meal & not only did she mind that i changed the size like a week before but the Lemon cake went down a treat with everyone & now i can not wait untill my Wedding Day for some more, Absolutely the best cake i have had!!
