Staff are very knowledge and relaxed, happy to take time to understand customer needs.

After bad experiences closer to home, I had Herbert's recommended even though it's a bit of a drive but it was very much worth it. Serviced gears as requested which are now in that best condition I've known them and they advised on a few other points too.

Loved the variety of bikes here. The staff were so helpful, got all the accessories for my bike here too and for a lot cheaper than expected.

Went in today to get a more comfortable saddle for my bike. Excellent service went through all the options with me and then fittted it for me whilst I did my shopping. Thank you Keith 🙂
