Heriotts Pool

One of our local anglers, Rob Francis, fished a contest on the pool on Tuesday evening 20th August and was kind enough to write the following:- What an amazing pool the Herriots in the lido park at Droitwich has become. Tonight was a 2 and a half hour sprint with no carp over a pound to count but everything else does..... small carp, roach and perch together with an eel and two big crucians carp gave me a total of 125 fish for a winning weight of 32lb 12oz ! The pool can be booked through Droitwich Angling Centre and would guarantee bites and fish all day.....

Our Tuesday evening ‘Silvers Only’Match on 2nd July 2019 saw Mark Newman amass a new match record weight of 40lb 5oz comprising of 21 Skimmer Bream. Mostly caught on the waggler baited with sweet corn. Well done Mark.
