Well, reading the reviews here sort of puts you off ordering from VW Heritage. But then there was Black Friday. What should possibly go wrong? Gave it a try and ordered a set of wheels. Delivery was just two days after I got the shipping notice (UK to Germany!). Opened the packages and bolts, hub caps and TUV approval was missing. Couldn't get hold of the German VW Heritage partner so wrote an E-Mail to the UK and Sarah from the sales team responded in no time! Two days later the missing parts arrived. Things can go wrong everywhere but how such problems get handled makes the difference! In that special case I'm totally happy how everything ended. And therefore: 5 stars!

Very Very good supplier! in less than 3 days (from GB to Italy) I received my parts at a very good price! Thanks to Martin :)

Stopped off on my way home today, i didnt realise you shut at 1pm and it was 12:58 when I got there.

The bloke working in the shop was very friendly and said he didn't mind stopping back to find the part I was looking for, unfortunatly you didn't have the part in stock. But wanted to say I was very impressed with the friendly helpful manner of your staff. Great customer service like this is really appreciated.

Ordered lots of parts from these guys for my resto of my 60 bug. Always worth paying a bit more for the quality parts over the Mexican stuff. Fast delivery and always very helpful on the phone, cheers guys

I would like to say how happy I've been so far with my orders from you! I tried custom and commercial for a few panels on my t4 and I was bitterly disappointed with the complete lack of customer service and awful delivery service! Where as every time with vw heritage it's been there when you say at the price you say and all good quality!! How ever we do need to sort out some kind of trade deal as I'm a v.w service, repair and resto business � many thanks again Richard . RS AUTOS

Cannot recommend VW Heritage enough, service excellent, website doesn't always allow you to adjust pricing to allow for discounts, just get in touch on phone and guys there couldn't be anymore helpful, I have used them for at least 10 orders now, parts arrive very promptly in Australia and in good condition, just a shame have finished car and will not need parts for a while now.

I ordered a full exhaust system for our T25, Friday 8.30pm Newcastle, Australia and the Exhaust was delivered 9am Monday from West Sussex.

Bloody amazing. I can't parts from Melbourne to Newcastle in that short time.

Amazing!! Ordered some parts for My MK1 Cabriolet on Friday night and delivered to my door in Australia the following Tuesday �

After reading the reviews It does put you off buying from VW heritage a little. I have never used them before but yesterday purchased two different trim fixings for my Mk2 via their eBay shop and also purchased a fuel separator. I needed it for the weekend as i've been fixing my car on weekends. Not sure when i expected it, but the items turned up this morning. One box for the separator and two small jiffy bags for the trim fixings. I bought 1 trim fixing on its own which could have been put in the same jiffy bag as the others to save bags but oh well. Received some stickers too which i love. Brilliant. Will order from VW heritage again.

Over the past 20 or so years i have spent thousanda with heritage and always found them to be great at giving advice and service.

So I was very disappointed to hear that my goods , ordered on Monday 27th still did not have a tracking number and i might not even get that until next week or some random time when DPD get the package.

I nearly started to cry when the guy said they use DPD i may never get them at all here in Eire as DPD have a shocking reputation.

The last time DPD alledegly tried to deliver a package I was at home sitting by the front window, with the phone right beside me. The phone rang once and then the van tore off. I kept calling the driver and got in my car to tail him until he finally stopped in the next town 8 miles away. Where he nearly refused to give me my package . I dont think heritage have dispatched my goods yet 3 days later . Not a happy bunny.

Ordered a stainless steel exhaust and as it was 'special order' was advised it could take 'up to six weeks'. Have chased the order up to see if it might be 'before six weeks' and was given a vague email response by somebody called Andy that it was going to be delivered in 'a few weeks'. Pressed the matter and was told delivery date of 14th August so will actually be 'up to eight weeks'. Think customers should be made aware of this so they can decide if they want to wait that long. Not happy so far!

I'm only giving 2 stars because of the price, but you would think the money I spent in shipping would guarantee safe packaging or even getting my address correct. My now heavily damaged floor pan was just thrown into a box with my side mirror with no air pillows or packing peanuts. After my package wondered around the state's because they couldn't get my address correct I get my package, mirror out of box, heavily scuffed and floor pan bent up. First and last time I buy anything from here.

My partner Placed an order on 4th Feb, payment has been processed and still waiting for our order!! Website stated 5day delivery...... It's now been 16 days and nothing!! Not happy especially with our car STILL OFF THE ROAD BECAUSE OUR ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED!!!!!!

I have a charge on my credit card from this store and we do not shop here. I need someone to communicate with me so this can be fixed ASAP!

Had successful buys before, but really disappointed this time receiving an import duty charge amounting to $521!!! should be compulsory to have a reminder on the check out page in BOLD writing that states any additional charges that may apply depending on your nation or government. Would of saved me that money allowing me to purchase more parts for my kombi from you guys.
