What a great asset Adam is to your company - friendly, polite and very professional. Tried to get us out to the Prince of Wales at Hoath last night, but we had to turn back due to drifting snow, high winds and very icy roads. will definitely be using and recommending Herne Cars in the future.

Use you guys fairly often, got stuck at the garage today, just could not get the fuel cap back on and one of your drivers was there filling up, he kindly managed to fix the issue & put the cap back on. You'll be top of my list later when we need a taxi :-) Always on time, always friendly & chatty, not expensive, what more can you ask for?
They got us to the airport in plenty of time! Thank you for a specious car, friendly driver and help with our luggage! All to do again in 10 days time!!

I'm constantly using Herne cars and they are brilliant , always a friendly service , and always pick up on time
I used Herne Cars for many years when Mick was the owner, it was great and I had many long trips with them, When Mick left I found it went slowly downhill so I used another company. However in recent months I heard it was under new ownership so decided to give it a go, well what can I say, I cannot speak highly enough of them, all the drivers are courteous, helpful and efficient, I notice a previous reviewer has mentioned a lady in the office being rude, I can only feel he must have been really unfortunate as I have found the lady I speak to is really friendly and helpful, I think she may be the owner, I have occasionally spoken to a gentleman who is also helpful. At the beginning of the week I booked them to take us to pick up a coach in Maidstone and then to pick us up again to return home, Pete was our driver, what a friendly and helpful chap, when I arrived back at Maidstone I practically had to crawl into the taxi having spent hours on the coach, how helpful he was in assisting me in, my partner always says he would need a block and tackle to lift me, so it's not easy !!!. Anyway thanks a million Herne Cars, in my book you are the tops, I never hesitate to recommend your company.

I used yours yesterday from my home in Rough Common.
Firstly taxi on time. Nottfied in advance when on way. Safe sensible driving. Most importantly friendly lovely staff. (Doesn't Charlotte like to talk.) Thats good. A lovely lady who interacts with customers. Operator controlled, without the drivers having to answer calls. I cant fault you good people at all.
