Hero360 Project & Fund Description
Dogs are undoubtedly an excellent form of natural mindfulness therapy for humans. We offer bespoke “Grab Clarity” mindfulness opportunities on the South Downs through an educational interaction with dogs. Whilst walking dogs on the South Downs, we offer education about their requirements to remain a healthy and happy companion. In addition we offer a broad range of outdoor activities and endurance levels. We encourage people to become both physically and mentally fitter embracing for their well-being in a modern stressful world. Our Grab Clarity programmes also have a long term ambitions to assist to end LGBT homelessness for youth (16 + ).
