Who are the Committee?
They are all volunteers made up of parents of the children attending the Swim Club. No one gets paid, most people volunteer when they know they have a Yeovilton draft for 2 years and they want to give something back to the Club.
What is the application process?
It’s quite easy. Fill in an Initial Application Form* and post it in the wooden box next to the notice board. Please make sure you fill the form in accurately, The Club tries to run most of its business by e-mail so include a work e-mail and personal e-mail if you can. The Membership Secretary will then contact you to confirm receipt and then you will go on the waiting list. If your child can already swim please contact the coaches for a trial to assess their ASA swimming stage.
How do I pay?
Fill in a Form C – Payment Form* attach your cheque made payable to “HMS HERON CENTRAL AMENITIES FUND” and post it in the box. Payment should be made within 2 weeks of the start of a term.
