Absolutely diabolic service, no disrespect to the staff. its the cut backs and low moral.

Awful courts.

Lengthy delays, without explanation. Then transferred to another court without my knowledge or consultation, again without any communication, resulting in another 6-8 week delay. Chelmsford are miles further away. Permanently "receiving a high volume of calls". No information on the phone as to why transfer occurred. Email queries regarding delays and transfer generate automated response only. No written response within timelines stated in the automated email.

Delays, delays, delays. Lack of communication. Lack of accountability. Lack of transparency. Awful frustrating justice system.
