We had booked a car given a ref. And time address and postcode to collect booked car. When we arrived there was no car, no booking on their system. THE girl in the office couldn't find any details.We called central number which says on website is available mon to sun 7am to 10pm. It went to answerphone and it said it was only open office hours!!. Girl in office couldn't find it on their system. Her manager wasn' t. available and his phone went to voicemail! My sister had just flown in from New Zealand last night as our brother has just died. So all the stress of that and then finding no car was unacceptable. We had driven in from Gloucestershire with my sister especially to pick the car up with her.

They never pick up the call. Tried to call around 30 times... no success!!!!!

Brand new van, professional service, cheap price, no issues

I came to pick up a car this morning and I had made a mistake with my booking. The person who helped me could not have been more understanding. He was a problem solver! The cleaning crew was amazing and got a car ready for me at the last minute. Thank you for all your help this morning, Hertz!

Always reliable and reasonable. Multiple rentals from this location have been smooth and easy. Type & size of cars often exceed my expectations based on my booking. Staff is clear about expectations, costs, and options, and NOT aggressive when I decline extra coverages.

Perfect experience, pick-up was quick and drop off out of hours seemingly was without issue as I've had my deposit refunded. Would rent from again.

Very efficient - they seem to have a better handle on technology than others (I had an awful experience at Inter-Rent/Europcar). Simple, fast and courteous process, both on pickup and return. Kia Cee'd impressed too.
