Outstanding customer service from start to finish!!

I was given their land rover discovery as a courtesy car whilst mine was in for repair.

I cannot fault them what so ever they went out of their way to help me and make sure I wasn't left without a vehicle.

Friendly reliable service, I would go to them to personally hire a vehicle for sure and will be reccomending to family and friends. Thank you to all the staff at hertz northend road. Katherine x

Premium rate number and no warning of it costing you until you see your phone bill. I was calling to rent the AMG C63 which after about 20 minutes of holding they answered and they don't actually have that car but they have it on their website so people still call in. No wonder why, they're making £25 off of me for enquiring about a car they never had in the first place. Will be fighting this to get my money back and one thing's for sure I'll never use this company again

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen. Booked and paid in advance for a car with hire commencing at 9.30am. Car wasn't ready and I was left waiting until 10am. I was literally paying for the car while someone finished their breakfast and then gave it a rudimentary wash. Politely raised my concerns with the receptionist who was actively hostile and actually attempted to blame me for turning up early (??). When I returned the car 4 days later the same receptionist sat on the phone on a personal call and ignored me for 10 mins. I eventually just left the keys and walked out. I called customer service who displayed about the same care and concern as the receptionist. I asked for a refund for the first 30 mins hire since I was paying for a vehicle they hadn't provided. The customer service person actually scoffed since it 'was only 30 mins'. An utterly vile, grubby, and 3rd rate business.
