And too many procedures to get a car which is usually a simple task

Excellent experience! Special thanks to Olga. She had Five Star customer service and there was a friendly welcoming vibe in the office. We were walk ins and they provided us with a great car at a very reasonable price.

one of the worst place to rent a van. I booked online. went for collection . Get refused. My License check successfully done on my address. But i been told my address history not matched with credit reference agency. I showed bank statement and original UK license but still refused. I was just recently moved to new London address from Northampton.
I had to moved stuff and had to rush to other companies but didn't fine the required size van on that day as it was late evening. Further no refund made to me as it was deducted rent amount in advance. I put the request and end up £70 less and amount paid to them. It was so terrible it was not my fault

Nathan and Olga are fantastic, along with the rest of the staff at Old Kent Road. I can say for sure after using a lot of other car hire companies that I will be sticking with Hertz from now on. This is down to their professionally whilst at the same time being able to operate with a friendly and personable manner. Many Thanks

Scumbag rip off merchants. If you don't but their expensive add on insurance you'll have the car minutely inspected on return and the lady working there magically finds a million things wrong with the car. Avoid at all cost and dispute the charges - customer service is a joke - its obvious they are working on commission.

If you need a car Hertz are the cheapest. Not a full selection of cars but that's down to car park size. But if you reserve early enough they can get the vehicle you desire.
