Insurance courtesy Car collected by hertz today, After telling me there's a charge of £100 to clean it. Herts employee was aggressive and told me to go f**k myself. Not only a rip off but using an Interesting choice of employees. Be careful!

This branch seeks to charge for cleaning a hire car when you return it clean but there is no one to in check and the office is closed during normal office hours. Beware of this unfair practice . Surprising Hertz permit this.
