We recently rented a car from Slough

When we book the Car we asked for a Skoda Octavia because I knew that my wifes wheelchair would fit in it

Slough did not have a Octavia but but Magdalena from the Slough office went to the trouble of getting one in from another Branch, very good service and made out visit to the UK very enjoyable

Premium rate number and no warning of it costing you until you see your phone bill. I was calling to rent the AMG C63 which after about 20 minutes of holding they answered and they don't actually have that car but they have it on their website so people still call in. No wonder why, they're making £25 off of me for enquiring about a car they never had in the first place. Will be fighting this to get my money back and one thing's for sure I'll never use this company again
