Busy visit to the vets yesterday with three hogs and sadly we have lost two little Knebworth hog and Hammerdell 🦔🦔😢 hope today is better it is tough some days and we wonder why we do this.

Meet our Bedford hog collected today, will not uncurl so have tucked up in bed to calm down will examine later seen circling and has damage to eye 😞

Meet Ridge just been collected as found walking slowly across the road with a limp have given him his first examination to find he only has three legs but appears well will have a better looks at vets tomorrow 🦔

Meet Hammerdell 507grms poorly girl she has a swollen nose and lots of ticks, all tucked up with pain relief more sample tests in the morning.

Yesterday's arrival, little one from Knebworth 200grms with a small cut and swelling to back leg. on antibiotics and had a good first night. Larger hog 600grms from Clothall with breathing issues and a swollen leg on antibiotics as well.

Third sibling caught and a 4th seen number 3 is tucked up with its siblings 🦔🦔🦔

Moody's sibling just collected and third got away for the time being. this little one is just as grumpy 196grms

Nice new ceiling big thanks the Paul & Kevin 🦔 very much appreciate all the hard work you both do for them, late spring clean as we start putting it all back in 😊

Rescue in living room garden and second shed so we can fit the new ceiling today 🙄 will look great when done but so much to move hogs liking the fresh air 😊🦔

Totally amazing caring people!!! Couldnt have done more for our poorly hedgehog who visits our garden..., very poorly hedgehog who wouldnt have made it through without their help, Mr H had pneumomia , he was looked after and treated, anti-biotics.. visits to the vets, gave months of their time to get him better. Collected him and bought him home again once he was well. We cant thank them enough for everything they did, XXXX

Thank you so much for coming to get the mummy hedgehog and her babies today from Stevenage. I will bee keeping an eye out for posts on their prgression and will be donating this evening. 🦔🍁🍂

Our dog found a injured hedgehog at Fairlands Valley Park Stevenage and we had no idea who to phone as no vets were open. Luckily found hetties helpers online and rang them. They were great they drove too where we were and picked the hedgehog up for us. They were so lovely. Hope the hedgehog gets better soon and thank you so much.

Lovely, honest kind and knowledgable people. The 'hedge-house' is a clean and tidy area, and it's so amazing the work these guys put in. The paperwork per hog, is all in order, with medications etc. needed, plus weight gains etc. all logged. Always happy to donate to Hetty's, I think they do wonderful work.

Dropped off a little 'Penny' hedgie off tonight. What a wonderful job you're doing there. Thank you and hope Penny and all the little ones are doing well. Thank you again.
