Happy Norfolk Day! We're celebrating the first Norfolk Day by opening the Coltishall and Horstead community herb gardens in conjunction with the W.I located at the shop. Come down at 12pm to join in the fun #norfolkday

We have two lovely new herb gardens in front of the shop, installed by local landscape gardener Bill Musson and planted out by the Women's institute of Coltishall.
The herbs look and smell wonderful and are there for anyone to snip off a sprigg or two to take home and cook with.

Hi all.
A couple of weeks ago the shop hit its 2 year anniversary since i took it on which is something im extremely proud to be able to say. A big thank you to all our loyal customers.
Looking forward, i want to ensure that we are doing the right thing and going in the right direction. I'd really appreciate any feedback, ideas, suggestions and reviews you might have which can help shape the shops path going forward.

Tom and Matt are great. The meat always looks good. And its tastes great. Sausage and bacon rolls are tasty and the sausage meat is belting.

Would not go to any other butcher.

Thanks for the lovely sausages ,and the Gluten Free sausages which were lovely too. The BBQ pork was also very nice. Great butchers Tom and Matthew are very friendly and helpful.

Picked up some sausages for our BBQ tonight - wouldn't go anywhere else (you have to try these). Perfect as usual, same recipe that has been in use for something like 20 years I believe. Perfect !!!

Instructed my sister to get some bacon( smoked and unsmoked) on her way to mine- SENSATIONAL breakfast fry. A sweet man, and sweeter meats.

I'm vegetarian and even I like Hewitt & Grant! Tom is a sweetheart.

Had a fantastic fore rib of beef for Xmas dinner this year, was best I've ever tasted. ���

Great product range. Nicely presented products in a clean and inviting atmosphere. First class service - staff are knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. �����

Great chorizo sausage! Thanks! We made a really delicious sandwich with it. Mmmh!

Even though the shop was really busy we received fantastic service this Christmas. Tom and Matt always greet you with a friendly smile and nothing is too much trouble. They even had more staff in to help keep the queue time to a minimum.

Lovely sausage meat, but if you don't want to make your own their sausage rolls are delicious hot or cold too.

Bacon is so tasty, without any water coming off it which is what I always get with supermarket bacon and the black pudding is fab.

Cheeses are great especially the apricot cheese and chilli cheese (both locally sourced).

We are really looking forward to tasting the turkey this is the 15th year I have had my Turkey from here!

So YES I WOULD THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS.
