I set up this page as an exaention of my blog www. heyitsok. co. uk

Hey, Itsok Description

At the grand age of 21 I found myself feeling extremely lost in life. I had worked with children since leaving school at 18 but after moving out and realising that I couldn't survive on the despicable wage that our government decides to pay the people who educate our sons and daughters, I left and started working within the NHS. Not something I ever saw myself doing. I've always loved working with people instead of behind a desk and I knew this wasn't for me, but what could I do that not only would give me that decent stable income but something I truly loved to do?

A difficult question I thought until I looked at what I really enjoyed within the jobs I have had in the past and the type of life I want in the future. I knew I loved working with people and helping others reach their own goals and have a balanced life. That's when I decided to build my own business and become a professional network marketer. I wanted to be able to work freely with like minded people. I wanted to be able to lead a career in the direction I wanted it to go. I found exactly what I was looking for at the age of 22 within a company that has brilliant team spirit, great ethics and fantastic rewards for those who choose to work hard and put effort into themselves and their businesses.

The team spirit is one of the main things I am proud to say I am a part of. Genuine support from peers and mentors, who want you to grow and do well within your business. Everyone shares their success, experiences and ideas. For me this part has helped believe in myself, re kindle my confidence and has taken me on a journey of self-development.

We sit under a long standing umbrella company, with an extensive product range all gluten free with a paraben free declaration. We do not test on animals, we hold a Hala, Kosher and Islamic seal of approval and we have an Aloe Scientific certification. We offer fantastic training & support and having a diverse global business which means we can develop multiple income streams from many countries worldwide.

If after reading this you feel an excitement and you're intrigued to know more pop me a message and I will send you more information about what we do and how we grow our businesses.

So I thought today I’d share a little #ootd with you all... but as well... the little terror that pulls down ALL my lovely cushions and throws that are on the chair he’s standing on. Pulls out all the pens from the pot and general destroys our bedroom!
BUT I’ve got to get ready somehow y’know!
Who else has this problem whilst getting ready in the mornings?

✨TIME ✨
Something we all wish we had more of right? Today me and this little guy met up with my lovely friend and the little girl she looks after. It was so good to catch up with her and we had a cute little picnic and the two of them played so nicely together. But I couldn’t believe it when she said the last time we caught up was back in September/October time 🤦‍♀️. That was almost 7 months ago!!!
It got me thinking about how much time we have in life and what we want to sp...end it doing. Do you want to spend the majority of your time doing something you don’t enjoy? Probably not. Do you want to spend it with people that don’t lift you up and make you feel good? Probably not. Over the years I’ve shaped my life to only include those people that lift me up and make me happy, spend time doing things that I enjoy, and constantly striving to rid my life of anything that doesn’t serve me, because quite frankly . I just don’t have the time.
It all boils down to priorities at the end of the day and what you truly want in life. And at different stages of your life I believe that we all have different priorities. That doesn’t mean that the things that are further down on that list are any less, it just means that at this moment in time, you have different priorities and HEY, THATS OK!
So, what I think I’m trying to say is. Your time is precious. Make sure you’re spending it doing the things that make you happy ✨ #1yearoldbaby #happymumhappybaby #mummybloggeruk @ Kent, Kent, United Kingdom

So my Live Last night turned into a little bit of a workout/how to get motivated to workout chat.
Here is my latest video for anyone wondering what I do from home to keep fit. I try and slot this in at any moment I can get. It’s only 30 mins. Jack can just about cope for that long with Arthur 😂🤪 I run to the bedroom or Chuck my headphones on whilst Arthur has his bath with jack and I’ll do a 30 min workout.
It goes a little something like this. https://youtu.be/RLjE6w7a6VU ...
Love to know what you think and if you want to see more workout videos 👊🏻

✨ WHEN YOUR CHILDREN GET POORLY ✨
I wanted to share an honest post with you all. Although life can be pretty exciting, And atm everything seems to be going so well! I’m the happiest I’ve been for a long time... life still happens.... you or your children will still get poorly, you’ll have good days and bad days and things might not always go your way.
The key is to keeping a positive mindset is being grateful.
... Although today has been a bit sad, seeing Arthur, usually so energetic non stop, running round playing outside to just feeling very run down wanting lots of cuddles and lying around. I also feel incredibly grateful that I’ve got a job where I get to be here in the day for my son without taking time off. I feel so grateful for the strength and determination that my mum has given me to keep striving for a career you want. For me that’s blogging.
Although I’m here for Arthur during the day, I have to work tonight. Leave him at his most venerable and head to work. Something I know a lot of you can relate to. That feeling of guilt no matter what you do comes with the job description I think. Become a mum = mum guilt. BUT I know he will be well looked after and loved by his amazing Daddy tonight.
So that’s my honest post for you all this Friday. Life CAN be exciting and happy and wonderful but it can ALSO be sad, infuriating and exhausting.
It all depends how you look at it, and remembering what you have ✨

GOOD MORNING LOVELIES!
So I wanted to share with you something pretty exciting.
I have recently got approached by Topshop to shoot some photos of some of their gorgeous pieces they have in their Spring/Summer collection.
... I was kindly #gifted this beautiful Dalmatian print top. I think the detailing is just beautiful and it goes so well with so much!
For today I’ve just paired it with some mum jeans, (also gifted by Primark) I think this the perfect Spring mumma outfit. It’s easy to wear, COMFORTABLE! We all know how us Mumma’s have to be comfortable... not to mention it’s on trend!
Make sure you keep your eyes pealed for other ways I style this outfit, including: date night, drinks with the girls and work.
Who says you can’t be stylish and be a mum #mumlife #iworkwithtopshop #springsummerstyle

I thought I’d share more of my snippets of day to day life as well as sneak peeks of any exciting news I’ve got coming up. Something you won’t find ANYWHERE else.
... So, here’s a snippet from my day. I finally got my lashes done again! After a long period of time without them... 7 months to be precise. I am so so happy with them and feel like they just make my life that little bit easier 😍
Hope you’ve all had the best Monday ✨

MORNING LOVELIES✨
Felt like super woman yesterday after 3 and half hour nap with Arthur after a night shift. I had enough energy to film and edit a primark haul for you, all before leaving for my 2nd night shift out of 3 (In a row... am I crazy?!). AND THEN I went and locked my keys in my mums house having to call my AMAZING friend to give me a lift to work 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ honestly, I’m on auto pilot half the time.
So after all that, It would mean the world for you to head over to ...my Youtube channel and check it out 😘

A Sunday well spent brings a week of content.
Today has been one of those days where nothing special happens but at the same time it’s one of the BEST days.
Arthur’s spent time playing outside with his new kitchen made by his Great grandad. I’ve got loads of housework done, plus a few jobs I wanted to do before my week begins. To finish it all off we had a family roast.
... ✨BLISSFUL✨
How did you spend your Sunday?

✨LETS TALK LEAP 8✨
✨ It’s almost like he clicked his fingers and BAMB! He’s a completely different child. The temper tantrums every 20 mins, the extra clingy-ness, the lack of sleep. The winging. It’s only Wednesday and I think I’ve blown out about 10 million candles with my deep breathing. ✨
✨ Wondering what the hell I’m talking about? It’s called a developmental leap. Children have many of them and go through them every couple of months when they’re really small and then it... starts to slow down. But Leap 8 (that start around the time your child turns one) seems to be the worst one yet!✨
✨ Although Arthur is running me ragged atm, I do understand that there must be SO much going on in his brain right now, and I’m his comfort, his rock, his stability so that’s why he’s needing me that little bit more. Believe me, I’m grateful every day to be his mum, but that doesn’t mean I’m happy after the 14th tantrum of the day just because he wanted to be help but then squirmed to get down within a matter of seconds. ✨
✨ Arthur seems to be really effected by the developmental leaps or I just notice more when they’re happening. Anyone else child act VERY different when going through a phase/leap? ✨#mummyblogger #mumofboys #happymummyhappybaby #thewonderweeks

✨BODY CONFIDENCE ✨
My body confidence has been like a yo-yo recently. One day I love my body, proud of it, empowered by it and grateful. The next I’m exhausted, I feel ugly and I self criticise like I’m the biggest school bully that ever lived. I work out... when I can. I try and eat well. Fresh foods and healthy choices with the odd treat scattered here and there. I love chocolate and wine! 🍷 Now I’m working nights and not sleeping after a 12 hour night shift apart from an h...our and half when AJ naps, i’m knackered come the evening when I have the time to exercise so I CHOOSE not to. My body is so drained and lifeless... I then am so disappointed in myself for not exercising. Exercise for me has been so much more than just moving my body and getting fit. It’s a way of cleansing my mind. ✨
✨My body is constantly evolving, more so as a woman. (Seriously though, why do we change so much puberty, mid 20’s-30’s, after you have a baby (if you do) then on to the menopause .. like really?! Common! Give us a break!) Anyway, as I was saying, it’s constantly evolving. I’m going to cut my body some slack and say that we are in limbo... we’re getting used to our new lifestyle and soon we will find our flow where I’m able to give it exactly what it needs. Regular exercise. ✨
✨Treat your body as you would your best friend. With kindness, compassion, admiration and love. ✨ #bodyconfience #mumjeans #bodypositivity
