What a difference a year can make, so proud of what you have achieved & I know there is still more to come!
... My transformation is still taking shape.... juggling work, exercise, family, friends, housework etc is hard so some days I just don’t get enough time to train my body hard but my focus still remains & I never give up!!!

Working on my best self....
Being a busy working mum it’s not always easy to put yourself first & do the things you want.... life gets in the way & your being pushed & pulled in all sorts of directions but if your willing to work hard, be positive & commit to a plan then you will achieve your goals.....
I am still working hard on my post Christmas body transformation & it’s taking a bit longer than I had wanted but I don’t give up, i don’t give myself a hard time.... i read...just my plan/goals to make it more realistic to fit into the type of week I have.....something’s better than nothing right!?
The one thing that never changes is my nutrition.... I always start my day with a Herbalife Nutrition healthy breakfast ....
Why!!?? Because it gives my body everything that it needs to function 100% & for the busy life I lead I definitely need my body to work properly....
