High Peak Cycles

All of our bikes over the last few years have been bought at High Peak Cycles. Jamie does a fantastic job in recommending bikes that are within the price range and which serve the purpose needed. After-sales is great - he's constantly rushed off his feet (which says something), but has always made the time to squeeze us in for any repairs. Gives a very fair price and I won't take our bikes elsewhere for services, repairs etc.

Outstanding service, my rear derailleur cable snapped near Glossop and Jamie fit me in despite them being booked up and it being a Saturday. He got me back on the road in no time, looks like he's done a very professional job too.

3rd time I've used High Peak and Jamie for my road and TT bikes. Each time he has been fantastic and the service top notch. Could ask for better and he always explains everything he's done. Top work

First time I have been to this shop. Went in to get the brakes on my 1997 Dawes Galaxy fixed and while the bike was in they discovered that the back wheel was warped and had a broken spoke so they fixed that as well.
Now I can fly down the snake pass knowing I can stop if I want to.
The people, the service and the price were 5 star.

Exemplary local bike shop. Crashed mid ride and snapped dérailleur hanger, freewheeled to shop where they got straight on with getting me back on the road; part wasn't in stock so they borrowed it from a bike on the shop floor, installed in a jiffy at a really reasonable cost. Friendly chatty staff, a pleasure to deal with. Also sponsor local events.

Fantastic shop! I was doing the trans pennine trail, when my gear cable snapped just outside Glossop. Despite being really busy over a Friday lunchtime, Jamie fixed my bike there & then. The shop isn't massive, but it's crammed full of good bikes & bits. Legends!

Life saver

Perfect service in shop. Had an issue with my cassette but wanted to ride that day. Got a new rim sorted there and then at a great price and bike set up. Went out in afternoon and bike felt the best ever. Will be coming back if I need anything else.
