High Tide is a charitable foundation, created and driven by businesses on Teesport, to raise aspirations and improve education and employment opportunities for young people on Teesside by bringing together companies who are customers, suppliers, operators and investors in Teesside, with the River Tees being the connecting theme.

We offer support to young people in Teesside through the summer scheme which offers work experience to year 11 students. We offer boat trips to schools to show the fast paced working environment along the river Tees. We run an annual Cadetship Programme to give students an insight into the world of work and help them gain a better understanding of the career prospects before they choose their options at school.
