IMPORTANT UPDATE 01/04/20 RE OPENING ON SATURDAY 4TH APRIL DELIVERY SERVICE AVAILABLE
Dear customers
... As you are aware, an announcement was made on the 25th March informing you we will remain closed for the foreseeable future. We have since been inundated with phone calls in respect of opening for deliveries and collection and have been working extremely hard behind the scenes in order to re-open and remain operational, adhering to ALL government guidelines very strictly.
The safety of our staff & customers is paramount and therefore we have put the following procedures in place for our re opening:
• No orders can be taken in person on the premises. We have therefore implemented a cook to order system and are only taking orders via telephone or via our website. We are happy to announce you can now place an order for COLLECTION or DELIVERY at https://www.highfieldchippy.co.uk/
• Collection times will be staggered in order to abide by social distancing guidelines so please be aware we will endeavour to accommodate as many orders as physically possible during these unpredicted times.
• Customers whose orders are ready should enter one at a time respecting social distancing guidelines
• Free delivery: During these difficult times we aim to be as considerate as possible to our loyal customers and want to give back to the community where possible, therefore, temporarily we are wavering our delivery charge.
• TEMP OPENING TIMES: MONDAY-SATURDAY 2PM TILL 10PM & SUNDAY 5PM TILL 10PM
DELIVERY TIMES: MONDAY - SUNDAY 5pm - 10pm

Following on from the government announcement on Monday evening it is still unclear on whether we can remain operational, however, we have made a decision to close for the foreseeable future for the safety of our staff, customers, families and of course to help support the NHS during these unprecedented times
