Highfield Grange Holiday Park

Wonderful place to stay - staff were happy to help and price was amazing! Only point of improvement would be a better on-site shop; but there is a 24h Tesco 1 min drive from the site - so not an issue at all!

Just love coming to this camp, easy to get to from home, not far from Clacton town centre and beach..amenities on and across the road from camp..good entertainment..Great night watching the Joshua boxing fight, and kids enjoyed the Halloween party weekend ,x

I stayed here for one week from 26th August with my 2 daughters, aged 25 and 7. We had a lovely time, was lucky with the weather too, had a few light showers, but mostly sunny. Caravan was ok, you get what you pay for. It's not luxury. We was more interested in relaxing and spending time together, so I will not moan about minor things. There was some nice entertainment, my 7 year old really enjoyed it. The pier is lovely, few nice places to eat at. Would definitely come back again.

It was coming to the end of the season so it felt as though the place was winding down. The staff were doing their best and the chips were nice, also 2 great pools for children. Sadly the accomodation (it was bronze) was grubby and we were packing a few bits in our caravan. Handily there is a supermarket just across the road. I wouldn't go again, but only because I want to explore more parks.

Lovely holiday. Good for kids. Good entertainment and facilities. Will go back

Good for kids, great break

First holiday for my young children. Started off ok nice clubhouse till we got to the caravan. We'd been given a completely different caravan than what we paid for. After Calling reception I'd been told there wasn't any available to change to. As there are only 2 caravans of that spec available to hire on the complex. We were told we weren't the first person to call and complain that day about not having the caravan we had paid for. We had no choice but to stay there for the kids sake. I will think twice about going back.

I have to write a review of how happy i was with my stay at highfield grange. I cannot give enough credit to the entertainment staff therr who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Adam, Charley and kayleigh made us feel like family we all actually didnt want to say goodbye! They was short of staff but not once made us aware as they always had smiles.on there face and always looked happy to contuine!... we will be back again and cant wait to see the krew!!! Well done guys!! Keep up the good work xx
