It’s my final day of training tomorrow down here in Derby, the training slimming world consultants get is outstanding and I’m feeling so much more confident in my role after this weekend. Xiana is amazing. Iv only been going a couple of weeks but she is so enthusiastic and really listens and tries to help.

When I first walked though the doors I was made to feel welcomed as it was a massive thing for me to start slimming world but the girls all made it feel some much easier with all the tip and advice its a lovely group of people all on the same journey, with the support we can all enjoy losing weight with high field slimming world xx

Was terrified walking through the door that first time, but met so many wonderful supportive people here (and a consultant who is honest about her own journey). Definitely glad I stepped through the doors, and more importantly sat down and stayed to the group sessions where I picked up loads of food ideas 😁

Thanks to everyone in the Highfield Church Group for your warm welcome at weigh in this evening.

Love the weds 11am group, a little bit later in the day works perfect for me with the baby! Xiana is amazing and such a good support on the tough weeks we all have!! 👍 X

Ive been doing slimming world with this group on Wednesday at 11 o'clock since Feb this year all I can say is I love it . Bit daunting at first walking through that door but was made to feel welcome by Xiana and the other members . I have had bad weeks and even cried but left group feeling good after a few hugs and and loads of encouragement from the other members .

It's absolutely amazing so inspirational and supportive. Worried ul put on or scared to come through the door? don't worry we all was at one stage. We're all there to support each other. Xiana is so supportive and praises u at all times. Want to go sw Nd loose weight not jus that feel better in ur self come along it's a fantastic group and the consultant it amazing.

I really felt welcomed joining SW and Xiana and the embers are so welcoming and friendly. I feel supported and I know there's help whenever I need it xxx
