Highfields Dental Practice

I am very fearful of dentists, many people are but Mr Jassim my Dentist is very good and I dont have as much trepedation ��

Amazing, can't wait to go again. The staff are very friendly and give a relaxing and comfortable service. The dentist is very kind and provided a perfect service.

Worst dentist they done 2 fillings for no reason my two teeth didn't heart since been done it's killing me. Not happy paid almost £60 pissed off at them

So far we have never even seen a dentist as they have cancelled our initial appointment FIVE times, only once with any explanation - and mostly with little or no notice.



After months of trying we finally have an appointment, but as it happens our child is ill so we have to change it. Sadly nobody is answering the phone there, or responding to emails, or answering Facebook messages.



I gather from looking online they have had some issues with the dentists and were being investigated, and had some staffing issues as a result. Sadly that appears to mean they now can't even handle booking appointments, very disappointed.
