Important information for patients that have booked/changes/cancelled appts in the past week:
Unfortunately Private Practice Software who host our medical system went down on Friday 16th November. This was caused by a security issue was has subsequently been rectified. We have been reassured that your personal data has not been affected.
However, they have had to restore the servers from a point in which they deem safe which was from a back up on Tuesday 13th November at 6am....
Therefore any bookings, cancellations and alterations made to bookings from Tuesday 13th to Friday 16th November will not be registered on our system. This includes bookings made by phone and in person.
To ensure we do not double book any appointments, we are asking all patients who have made, cancelled and changed appointments in these dates to please forward your initial confirmation to bodyworkscliniccsp@gmail.com or message us with any changes you may have made so we can double check our diary is correct.
This has affected many medical practices globally and has cost many practitioners time, money and is incredibly frustrating for all those involved, so we really appreciate your help with this matter.
