What a lovely building, great food, lovely welcome when you arrive, this is a definitely a place to visit �

We were at Highley Manor for a Fawlty Towers Dining Experience. We stayed overnight and camnot fault this wonderful place at all.



The room was supremely comfortable and was furnished appropriately for the style of the building.



This really is a lovely venue set in beautiful grounds. Staff were helpful and friendly and the food delicious.



As for the Fawlty Towers Dining Experience I can cerainly recommend these too.

We had our wedding in June 2018 and the day was just absolutely fantastic. The venue was great when we first decided to choose them for our wedding venue, but on the day they were out of this world.

The venue looked incredible inside and outside.

Igor and the team were amazing on the day and also helped out my dad who collapsed due to the warm weather. They were so professional in helping him. Glad to say, later on that day he was dancing.

The food was so good and had everyone saying what amazing food it was. A massive congrats goes to the chef.

They were accommodating with allergies and did everything in their power to make sure the food was Nut free.

The buffet at night was great and the team did so well serving drinks especially with the warm weather.

A fantastic day and could not of been possible without the support of Highley Manor. Thank you and your team. You made our day so special.

We had our wedding at Highley Manor on 29th December 2017.

I cannot recommend this venue enough, Karen was fantastic all through the planning stages of the wedding, giving us useful advice and she made the process seamless, nothing was too much bother and she always had a 'Can Do' attitude towards everything.

We had sole use of the venue the night before the wedding, which was amazing, it gave us time to decorate exactly how we wanted and took the stress out of the wedding morning, so much so that I was swanning around looking for things to do!!

Igor is a huge asset to the hotel too, he is so organised and focused on providing the best day for you and your guests, he was there from early morning until the last person dropped (early morning again!) and didn't hesitate to make sure everyone was catered for and happy.

The food was amazing, huge compliments to the chef, we had so much positive feedback from our guests.

My father in law used to work in 'hotels' so knows what he is looking for and even he couldn't find fault with Highley Manor.

The only problem is ...... I want to do it all over again!

We had a really long layover Barcelona-Gatwick-Orlando

We had never been to London and we’re unsure of hotel accommodations. We found this on Expedia and it said it was close to Gatwick Airport (10 minute taxi ride) so basically we just sleeping there and having breakfast. It was a great 8 hour hotel stay , hahaha! We’re in awe of the Manor and so sad we couldn’t stay there a couple of days!!

We got married at highley on Sat 17th. Absolutely perfect venue for a wedding. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful throughout planning and the big day. The venue was set out perfect everything clean and tidy and well organised. The food was fantastic! And the bar i was shocked how well priced it was! I realy cannot recommend highley manor for a wedding enough. Literally cannot fault any aspect of this place. Thankyou everyone at highley for a fantastic day! And Igor (I believe that was his name) who I believe is manager. He was fantastic during the planning, setting up and throughout the day. He was there making sure everything went smooth all day and all night and he was up and working again at breakfast (we are sure he doesn't sleep) thankyou igor for everything!!

We got married at Highley Manor last week and I really don't think there is enough I can say to express our gratitude. The place is fantastic! Igor, Teresa and Karen do an amazing job to ensure everything runs smoothly and everything is how you would like it. The venue itself is beautiful and the staff work to such a high standard. They make you feel like your wedding is a really special event even though they must do them all the time! We will definitely be back for some of the entertainment nights which I'm sure are just as fantastic!

We fell in love with Highley Manor the moment we walked through the door. It was warm and welcoming and from the time of booking to the actual day of my daughter's wedding on the 25 November, the people at Highley Manor could not have been more helpful. Their valued expertise and experience made the day perfect and we cannot thank them all enough. Everything just fell into place and the day was just magical thanks to an efficient and caring staff. The whole day was absolutely amazing. We cannot recommend this venue 'highly' enough!

We attended a fantastic supper and comedy evening, the staff and surroundings created the perfect atmosphere. The supper was a chicken and chips meal, everyone in our group felt it was great. The comedy show was full of side splitting laughter so a big thank you to the Comedy Beats team for supplying the acts. As a group we were pleasantly surprised that the bar prices were not a ripoff.

Can't wait to come back!

This has to be one of if not the best venues for a wedding great attention to detail nothing too much trouble fab food beautiful rooms anyone booking will not be disappointed I’m the mother of two brides and worth every penny we paid

My family and I stayed here during a long layover. We only spent about 10 hours here but we wished we could have stayed longer.

The customer service is fantastic. Beautiful Manor! We will be making a trip back.

My Daughter & Son-in-law had there wedding reception at Highley Manor, it was such a perfect location. Staff there could not do enough, lovely location too.

Just a lovely place old but clean and functional great place to stop nice grounds great food very good service manger was very helpful really nice man �

I've stayed in a lot of places over the years but this place was definitely one of my favourites for peace and tranquillity. the Manager was so helpful and friendly. As we used this for an overnight stay before Marathon in Brighton we had to be up early so was going to miss breakfast but he arranged for us to have a continental breakfast early. the fruit bowl was so fresh and a lovely variety of fruit. I would definitely go back.

I did not stay at the hotel, but i wanted people to know how helpful the staff at Highley Manor Hotel have been to my husband and I.



We were due to have our wedding reception at Cottesmore Golf and Country Club on 16th June. However, this venue caught fire on 11th June and we were no longer able to use this place.



The Highley Manor Hotel, stepped in and offered to help us out at very short notice. Julia, especially, was extremely helpful and made a stressful situation much more bearable.



So although I cannot comment on the rooms, I can comment on the excellent staff and their kindness.

I absolutely love this place! Highley Manor Hotel is a beautiful, clean, old fashioned and very romantic place. The hostrss made me and my family so welcome. We came here tired and frustrated after loosing our connection flight to Iceland. This wonderful person woke up the chef and saw to it we got everything we needed. What a plesant ending of not such a good day. We are in a group of six including two pregnant women. It was priceless to get here and for us it was like an oasis in a dessert. Thank you all so very much for making this unexpected stay in England this wonderful ��� Highley Manor Hotel gets 11 out of 10 possible in our books �

Hidden gem... stay here on business ...relaxing and friendly... in the winter the great hall fire is lit.... in the summer alfresco dining in the garden is on offer... great food which is home made... plus very comfy beds....😊

Had our wedding reception here, staff were fantastic! so accommodating and helpful, venue is beautiful and we our so happy we decided to have our special day here

Well a lovely setting ideal for away wedding but as a short stop over room a bit dull very cramped toilet/shower wash hand basin in the room and the light over it didnt work Bar after hours good Breakfast fantastic would we stay again ??
