We aim to provide the highest level of professional service, combining our expertise with enthusiasm, and the ability to listen to what the customer really wants.

Our dedicated staff are always on hand to offer help and advice when required. Steve and Chris at the Ware shop have approx. 60 years experience in the cycle trade between them. . . all served at Highway Cycles, Ware ! Chris trained as an engineer before starting with us in 1978, and is the full time mechanic when not helping to run the shop. Steve, although generally running the shops from Ware, has a 'Cytech' level 2 professional qualification to help out in the workshop when required.
