This place is great, I came here on Saturday for the opening and bought a lovely cup of coffee which set me up for the day. I have returned to have another lovely coffee made by friendly, welcoming staff 😊 They stock Grenade car killa protein bars and will soon have wider selection (chocolate brownie please) hint hint 😉

They have plenty of plug sockets wired in to the table by the window 👌 and this place is apparently dog friendly 🐶👌 Ticks all my boxes 😊 well done guys, you deserve to do well and thank you for bringing us a healthy eating establishment. Highly recommend 😁

Amazing little kitchen offering something a bit different to St Albans. Healthy, fresh food with great coffee and brilliant vegan options too!!

Amazing food, absolutely delicious and very healthy. My 6 year old son is super fussy and he couldn't get enough of the food here! Great prices and great variety of food both hot and cold. Customer service was top class, both friendly and fast. The coffee was the nicest I've tasted in a long while. The funny thing is the food is so tasty u don't believe it's healthy and good for u but it is! Highly recommended!

Drinks are a bit pricey, I had a green smoothie, not too sure about the kiwi slice at the bottom and spinach as a topping (as not blended). It's a waste of ingredients I think, it would have been useful blended. However it was still good to drink, food was good too. It's nice to have healthy food in town

I’ve heard people rave about this place so thought I would give it a go. I had smashed avocado , poached egg on gluten free bread and found it very bland. Staff are friendly though.
