HIITBOX is a product of Sonja Moses' love of muay thai, boxing and music.
After training with some of the best Muay Thai and boxing teachers all over the world and teaching herself how to DJ, she out on her mission to create and deliver the ultimate boxing and fitness experience.
Sonja's mission was simple. To create a euphoric life changing experience that awakens mind and body. To explore the possibility that we are much more than we think and can reach the highest levels of greatness if we put our mind to it.
