You hosted my daughters wedding reception on Saturday, thank you to all the staff who did an amazing job, nothing was too much trouble for any of you and the venue is simply wonderful. Took the opportunity to have a yummy breakfast at The Hive cafe on Sunday morning when we returned to collect our car. I will be telling everyone how great you are !!

We've held a event at hill holt today and it has made for a perfect venue. The lunch was lovely, the circular building very much has a wow factor, workshops fantastic and the staff were very helpful. I'm sure we'll be back

We took our Nursery children here today for our school trip! What an amazing day, our rangers Ben and Brad were fantastic! The day was so well organised, the children and adults loved it! Can't wait to go back on Friday for trip number 2!

Such a lovely place to visit with freindly staff who do an amazing job and share so many possibilities. Would highly recommend more people to visit this place and it's hidden gems weather it be for a walk in the woods a special event or further education for your child.

One of the best educational visits ever! Learning about the Forest Charter and Freedom Trail and having great fun - thank you for all of the work you have all done, it was amazing!

Nice walk around the woods, looking at all the different projects going on, dog friendly & a lovely cafe tucked away that is really pretty inside & serves delicious food at very reasonable prices, including free coffee refills, staff who work there couldn't have been any friendlier. A little hidden gem waiting to be discovered. We'll be back.

My son and daughter in law had their wedding reception here in August and it was the most beautiful setting. Perfect venue and such wonderfully helpful staff. We had an amazing day. Thanks

Lovely afternoon spent wandering round the woodlands with the family and the dog. We visited the cafe very reasonably priced. Checked in on Facebook and inspired a friend to also visit. I have often driven past on the way home from lincoln. So pleased on a whim we decided to visit lovely place and will be back for sure.

Just spent a brilliant day with my class at Hill Holt Wood. The staff were wonderful, the facilities were great, the activities inspired the children. Thank you so much - we took back very happy children!

A wonderful place for children to be children!

Hill Holt is only about 4 miles from me and I never knew it was open to the public. So on Sunday we went for a walk round and loved it... The cafè is great and will definitely be back on another Sunday for a big boy breakfast...

Would recommend to anyone who likes a walk in the woods.. �

First time visit last Sunday what a lovely place for a walk visited the cafe very friendly and lovely home made cakes will definitely be making a return visit

Excellent place , peaceful lovely woodlands walks ( dog friendly on leads ) stunning wooden crafts honey for sale ,cafe open on Sunday's well worth a visit .

Drove passed this place many times and always wondered what laid behind the signs. Well now I know and I can only say what a wonderful place. Huge area to walk around and see different projects going on. Lovely Cafe which serves tasty food at reasonable prices. We will definitely be back :)

After finding out about Hill Holt Wood through a previous job, and the good work they do with youngsters who need something more than mainstream education, we made the decision to have our wedding reception there last year. We couldn't have been more pleased or impressed by the staff who worked with us and made our special day memorable. Oliver and Lizzie were amazing and so accommodating and I would definitely recommend it as a wedding venue.

We went for lunch yesterday for our one year anniversary and happily reminisced. It was lovely seeing Lizzie again and had a quick chat - she actually remembered us!!

The food is simple but tasty and the prices are good.

I can't rave enough about Hill Holt Wood - the general public only see what they do on a Sunday but they do so much more throughout the week and change lives.
