Hillingdon Station

This station went through a major redevelopment and physically moved due to the rerouting of the A40 back in 1993.

When it opened up it was an award winning london station, light, airy and class.

NOW...its a joke and run down. Paint falling off, station is not clean and nothing is being done about it, coupled with the fact we pay excessive train tickets costs.

This station is served by the Metropolitan and Picaddily lines and good access to the A40/M40.

There is a lift for disabled access.

Steps/lifts to car park.

Not the best, needs to be better. Bicycle repair stand & pump would be nice.

Love the sound of the A40 while your waiting for your train.

Familiarity breeds contempt, they say. Okay not quite that, but me and the Hill, iffy, what with the pigeon kamikaze perching on the rusting rafters, and who on earth thought this was going to be an easy edifice to refurbish no problems guv. Still, I'm not wet and the trains come quick and there's the nice lady with the warn croissants and now Wi-Fi, can't complain eh.
