Really nice place to shop only down side is there are no public toilets on the ground floor

They all from 1st floor up

So if u are disabled or have small children it's very hard work

Had a lovely day at Hillstreetshopping center .... Had a nice drive through from Sunderland as moved here from Northern Ireland 4yrs ago it was good to have a nice shopping center to walk around .... Love the jewellery shop Hinds staff very friendly and a happy with my purchase ;)

Had a fantastic time at the hillstreet supper with santa with my two little festive heads. Staff at muffin break were fantastic with the kids and it was such a wonderfully festive time making xmas tree decorations face masks and writing letters to santa.

Kids loved seeing santa in the grotto and got a beautiful goody bag each.

So thanks for a fab time from all of us

After hearing I could dodge the outrageous parking charges by arriving before 10am i eagerly arrived at 9.50 headed out to look to swap my token, unaware I had to be on top level I asked several members of the hillstreet staff to be told they had no idea what I was talking about. Eventually someone got on the radio to try and help me.. I then waited another 5 mins for someone to tell me I needed to be on top level before 10.. Well if the staff were more helpful or there were signs I would have Been... So I ended up having to pay £6.10 .. Disgusting.. Thanks for reading.

Why are you still advertising the Horology centre when they has shut down? Can you confirm that they are no longer trading in Middlesbrough?
