Well this is our 2nd year of coming. Last year we came for our Honeymoon. Back same time this year for our first Anniversary. Very nice of my mother -in - Law & father -in -to bring myself & Hubby. Can't thank them enough.

We came to Bournemouth Wednesday 21st March for 2 days in another hotel for a birthday trip for my husband .... worst idea as the hotel was shocking. So we then booked here @HiltonBournemouth to extend our trip into a 4 day break ... we love it here, been before and will come again. Staff are so helpful, room was ready hours early, had the most incredible spa treatment today which was best I've ever had. The breakfast here is amazing too and staff are very attentive. We also went to the sky bar which was just as good as the last time we came. Thank you Hilton for saving our trip which would of otherwise been very disappointing.

Stayed here as a treat for hubbys birthday, took him to see John Bishop at the BIC followed by overnight stay here with a massage at the spa the following day. On arrival we were greeted with a big smile from Kyle who was friendly efficient and helpful. Our king room on the 7th floor was clean and comfortable with a reasonable view across roof tops. My only complaint of the room was serious shortage in the tea/coffee department good job I drink my coffee black otherwise we could have only had 1 drink each as the milk is only enough to make 2 cups of tea. And no water????? This is almost standard even in cheap hotels these days!! Staff at breakfast were great, friendly and attentive. The food choices are amazing so many options. My only complaint here was the lack of flavour in the scrambled egg and the mushrooms were sat in oil in the tray which then transfered all over the plate. The spa facilities are fabulous very tranquil and relaxing. The skybar is another plus here, the views are awesome and the cocktails although pricey are amazing. Well done to all the staff Will definitely stay here again xx

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely large modern room, attentive friendly staff, great meal in restaurant followed by Cocktails & great music up in the Level8ight sky bar. The icing on the cake was meeting George Benson & his band, who were also staying there. We were off to see his concert Sunday eve at the BIC. Will definitely stay again when in Bournemouth.

Hiya , Dj Mal Williams... Just performed a dinner dance disco in the Ballroom and I have to say that the whole hotel experience was excellent, a very polite receptionist showed me how to access the function room fasciliies. Working a dinner dance event is not an easy task but I have to report that the banqueting Manager "Gabor" was outstanding in his willingness to ensure that the event run perfect, his support staff were brilliant too and all resulting in well executed event, well done :)

Fantastic hotel, staff were very friendly & helpful, spa was top class, skybar cocktails were outstanding! Thoroughly enjoyed over night stay! Definitely be back very soon! Great location too!

Fabulous hotel, excellent staff and so well located. This is our second visit to this hotel. Would definitely recommend it. We were very lucky to have a beautiful suite and balcony overlooking Bournemouth with a view of the sea. ÔŅĹ

Went for an afternoon tea for my birthday & food was mediocre at best. Sandwiches were made the night before as told by the waitress, the quality of the food was very poor. Our sandwich selection included cheap nasty wafer thin chicken, beef & horse radish & ratatouille. As you can imagine the ratatouille made the bread soggy especially as it had been made up the night before. The bread seemed poor quality as well. The scones weren’t fresh & a couple of them stale & crumbled away when you cut them. ( which I sent back). The cakes were just ok, nothing special & certainly not hand made or fresh. They were overly sweet & sickly & tasted cheap as well. The jam & lemon curd on the table had been decanted into miniature jars that had been washed out & re used & the original label soaked off. When I go out for an afternoon tea, I also expect sugar cubes not sachets that you expect from any old cafe. The whole experience felt cheap & they were trying to pass off poor quality food with premium prices. I don’t mind paying for quality but don’t like being ripped off & paying premium prices for low value/ quality food that I wouldn’t buy at home. I don’t know whether they’re trying to cut costs but skimping on quality & finding cheap alternatives is never a good idea. The afternoon tea at Haskins is far superior & everything is fresh at a fraction of the price. Very disappointing.

A 4‚ėÜ hotel yet pets are allowed! !! Having a severe pet allergy I didn't think to ask .

Seeing a dog walk thro reception and into a lift just seemed crazy ÔŅĹ ( lovely for pet owners I'm sure ) but my allergy makes it very hard for my immune condition to cope with.

Check your receipts too as a 12.5% service charge is added onto every item bought there even going to the bar yourself to get a bottled drink.

Drinks very expensive!!!

Altho a clean hotel and looks very nice, I would rather stay in the premier inn or other hotels we have stayed in locally for a lot less money and cheaper drinks and parking.

Pillows are the worst pillows I've ever put my head on. Will not be returning! !!

I really need to give a 2.5 stars, I had 2 rooms booked here and they only cleaned one, tea and coffee isn't topped up nor is the water, rooms service tray not removed and not really what I would expect from a 4* the polish receptionist was lovely and very helpful and the food in the restaurant was lovely BUT I was very disappointed that the bill came with a surprise additional 12.5% service charge that was mandatory, no warning, not made clear and not removable (dear Hilton, that would be illegal!). I tip at my disgression, a mandatory additional £10 on dinner for 2 is not acceptable in my mind, hike up your prices if you must but this is a stealth charge and I should have been able to refuse it. I was told this was charged because it is a 4* establishment, no, you charge £26 for a steak with no sides because it's 4* the tips are at my gift and since you took 35 mins to bring the drinks you were not getting £10 tip! (And the rooms service was cold with no cutlery)

Absolutely appalling customer service. I attended the Priva Brunch on 9th December and after sending at least 6 emails and phoning about 5 times I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. I have left my number with 4 different people including a duty Manager and still no reply! Absolutely disgusting for a Hilton Hotel. My complaint was the fact a group of 6 paid £30 per head for half a glass of prosecco and one board of cold, dry tasteless food which I could’ve cooked better had I got it from Iceland from a supposedly award winning chef! When I asked to speak to the manager on the night I got told he was too busy mingling. Well I hope your pictures from the day made it look like a good event because the truth is it was over priced and the staff had no care for the customers that day it was just one big publicity stunt for Priva. Not very good for your reputation!

Worst food. Poor breakfast buffet. Never experienced a green colour paneng curry with poorly cooked rice.

Went to the sky pub at the top of this hotel to treat our friend to a drink for her birthday and see the view, went into the toilets ... absolutely disgusting WE LEFT if they left the toilets like this what would the glasses we drink out of be like i was very disgusted... and this is A Hilton hotel !!!!

We stayed Saturday 27th January 2018 for a relaxing weekend.......... On arrival we were told we have a beautiful room on the 7th Floor........ We have stayed several times and the rooms are undoubtably beautiful and comfortable. The views are lovely all over bournemouth. However the toilet & floor was covered in urine! Yes they sent someone up to clean who did this whilst on her mobile! We went to the spa for a sauna & steam to find them full of children ? I spoke to reception and informed them there are no signs indicating an age limit and no one monitoring the area. She simply said.... I will speak to management. We booked a table at the sky bar for drinks at 6.30, it took 10 mins for a lift as the lift was stuck on level 8 where the sky bar and you could clearly here the swearing of a few people who then went on the jump in the lift to the ground floor. We went for dinner out and arrived back at 11pm...... when we arrived to the room the music from level 8 bar was in full swing! I waited until 12.30am and called down to ask when is the music likely to end? the receptionist said .... oh yes there is a party up there tonight music should go off by 1am..... I said... Maybe when guests check in you should inform them of this as we are here for a relaxing weekend not a party and maybe we could of gone on a different floor? ... She said.... I will inform management of this. (There is a lot of ... I will inform management and nothing gets done!) So by 2AM!!!! NOT 1AM the music died down ( hope you have a licence for music until this time as I will report this) finally got to sleep! Breakfast was ok. I informed reception AGAIN of all of our disappointments and guess what she said...... I will speak to management! Is there any management??? If so are they getting informed??? If they are they are not doing their job correctly! I think this Hotel is going by the name... HILTON and the standards of staff are shocking! If the so called MANAGEMENT had of got back to me I would not of written this review but its like no one cares you had a bad stay they are not even sorry! I feel I should of had a full refund for the room so we could take our money and stay somewhere else to relax!!! I want the so called MANAGEMENT to contact me with their comments!

Was with a touring party, didn't have my room ready until 3:30, despite a 3pm guaranteed check in, and even then they had to swap rooms around. And then was refused entry to the rooftop bar in the evening because it was 'full' on return to the hotel after 2 pints in a bar opposite.

Overbooked. Was put into a rundown hotel which was an downgrade fore and told the manager that the place was inconvenient to my meeting area. Still nothing being done. No choice check in to new hotel but the room was not clean up n gym was under repair with no wifi. The room was so hot that only a small fan was provided. Feel short change for the price i m paying. They offer disc to room or meal for my next visit only on the day I checkout. Not sincere at all. As a business traveller who frequent bournemouth, i will not stay there again.

Over priced, check in had only 1 person on and so really slow. Went to the bar and they didn’t have lemonade, went to the restaurant and were told only could deal with tables of 6 or less as the chef could not cope with anything bigger. Have 3 Rose wines in the wine list but only had 2 in stock. Not what I expect from a 5star hotel so probably won’t stay here again

Not sure what is happening here , staff not helpful , dismissive & the Level 8 Skybar was closed at 2.40pm in the afternoon on a sunny day on a Monday. Bournemouth was packed and very busy but the Hilton was very quiet , not a good atmosphere so we left and went to another restaurant on Westover road. Will not be going again .
