coffee in rooms was rubbish and price of drinks in bar was extortionate. Apart from that ...perfect!
Would definitely stay again
We were on a spa break. It was an amazing experience and incredibly good value. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be going back. Superb room, facilities, staff and food. No complaints 😊
We love this hotel both for visiting London ( we catch the 81 bus at the top of the road) or if flying out from Heathrow. The rooms are very comfortable and that includes the bed and pillows . The breakfast has a good choice unless you are unlucky to have hoards of Chinese coach parties in there , who seem to think this will be their last meal ever! Very rude and never much food left. It happened the day before too at Hilton Watford and many times in the past so seems to be the way they normally behave . If you are lucky to be in an executive room and use the executive lounge at least it is a little more peaceful.
Very impressive hotel. Extremely courteous staff, comfortable rooms and excellent restaurants. Great location for terminal 5. Would definitely stay here again.
One of the best Hiltons I have ever stayed in. Planning and design integrated into exceptional comfort and style make this one of my top 10 in the world. Great staff from reception to housekeeping - excellent service and I should know I am a global service manager.
Literally I love this hotel. It was my first time there, but comfort of my room, food and especially - so kind, professional service - made my stay a fantastic experience!
It was a wonderful experience and a very good way to start our Italian adventure. Fully recommend as the service throughout was excellent and the food was top class. Thank you to all the staff keep up the excellent work.
It was a very good venue to hold a Conference. Easy to get to from the M25. The staff where very abliging, food was good and my room was spotlessly clean.
If you are flying out of Terminal 4, stay at the Terminal 4 Hilton. It is worth it because you are right there at your terminal. But if you are flying out of any of the other Terminals at Heathrow, stay at the Terminal 5 Hilton. It is not really at Terminal 5 by the way. It is a couple miles away. You can catch a bus there for 5 pounds, though if I am tired, I just take a cab.
The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are nicer than the T4 Hilton. The service is excellent. The guest rooms are spacious, modern, and well appointed. The lounge is lovely and I have very frequently been upgraded to the exec floor. Feels like home away from home.
Even though the spa pool was broken the staff were awesome. Absolutely top notch service, I'd like to call particular staff out, but in truth they were a
ALL amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
Charlie and the Choloate themed night with work in one of the event rooms, absolutely brilliant. Meal was lovely even though there was over 600 people in the room all the food was beautifully presented and still hot when we got it. Only disappointment was not enough people manning the bars both upstairs and downstairs queues were horrendous as was the prices, £6.10 for a pint £19 for a Hendricks gin and tonic £7 for a disarrano, very expensive. Rooms were good value lovely and clean with all the usual amenities.
The hotel is beautiful but obviously not family friendly as kids cannot use the leisure centre and you have to pay for overnight parking.....even if you came for an event. We had a family suite but not being a family friendly place made it annoying. You need the key card for everything.... the lifts the leisure facilities etc etc. Breakfast was lovely the staff are friendly and the set up was really nice. Great guy called Aswin went out of his way for everyone and made the service special.
Nice place - but you need to make sure you have 5 pounds in cash to catch the bus from terminal 5 to get there ( & 5 to get back). Taxi charges 25pounds otherwise.
I have no idea what my executive room cost, as I was fortunate that it was paid for me. It was very comfortable. The television only had 5 channels but I wasnt too disapointed with that. It only had one usb port and I do think they should put a double usb port by the beds rather than just at the desk. After all, this is a business person and travellers hotel and we have more than one gadget to charge and its more comfortable to sit on your bed. The tray of beverages was a little under whelming as it was just tea, coffee and one packet of biscuits. I note someone mentioned lack of water in rooms, I was provided 2 bottles. The bathroom was beautiful as it had a separate shower rather than being over the top of the bath. The water flow and temperature was adequate. I cannot comment on room service. The bar was pleasant and the seating area was good. Only had one bad experience with reception.

Sooooo paid to stay in the Hilton with my daughter for her 13th birthday visit to NYC because it had a spa. There is no where I can see in the website other than another Hilton to say she was not allowed in! � (unless accompanied by an adult) I will be taking this further!

No where near Terminal 5. Completely misleading advertising and name. Should be a Law against this sort of false advertising.
Nice place but waited 55 minutes from ordering to get food, then had to ask 4 times for the bill!
Worse nights sleep ever, the bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows were terrible. The resturant service was awful, the waiter served my soup while he was on the phone?? Value for money was shocking £18 for 2 pints and a bowl of cold soup. The only positive was the concierge who were all very helpful.
