We’ve just had a 2 night stay at this hotel. Room was warm, clean and comfortable. The mattress was of a good quality ensuring a lovely nights sleep. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Nothing was too much trouble for the very polite staff - from all depts. special mention to Alpay on reception - a true gentleman. No hesitation in staying there again.
Just dropped in for a coffee and a piece of cake while waiting for the car to charge. Coffee bar closed so ordered from the dining area behind. Nice friendly greeting but choice of cakes rather poor. Coffee served in a mug/cup minus handle so had to ask for paper serviettes in order to be able to pick it up. Nice looking place but major attention to detail needed.
Came here as it was midpoint to Dover. Needs renovation or a major updating. The chlorine smell permeated the whole hallway and our rooms. The staff are very attentive at check in. The bar staff can use some coffee or something as they were almost comatose. Finally one young lady came in and had to do the work of the other 2. The breakfast buffet is well stocked and fresh.
Very nice and large room but I think the noise insulation is lacking a bit. The staff throughout the hotel are nice and helpful. The gym is small but had most things you'll need. Nice pool area, sauna is good, steam room not working properly. Nice breakfast and pleasant staff. Schools breaks so lots of kids, some parents allowed their kids to do what they want. A wedding group were pretty poorly behaved. Hotel can't really mitigate for that and they didn't cause too much disruption. An entirely decent and pleasant hotel.
We had a lovely stay at the Hilton. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Ben and Elaine who worked breakfast who are absolutely fabulous at what they do and go over and beyond the call of duty. You guys made the bride to be a little less stressed on her big day. Thank you xx
It's a nice Hilton. Parking is free, lobby is nice, breakfast is delicious, rooms are a good size although a little bit dated and no air conditioning. The gym and pool are pretty good too.
I was here for a meeting. The hotel had just about enough chairs in the main foyer for this and the result was a quiet ambience which was nice. However the coffee service was clearly stretched beyond capacity and this was poor.
Stayed here in a glorious sunny weekend. Rooms at expected standard for a four star establishment. Service was helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good selection. Gym and spa facilities are well maintained.
Very pleasant. Some decor a little dated. Food was what you'd expect of a chain hotel, but overall a decent meal. Lovely relaxing bar area
