Attended a function in the Collingtree room, which was fun but nothing to do with the venue, which is rather tired. Drinks expectedly expensive, buffet acceptable.

We had a lovely stay this weekend. We booked a delux room we had plenty if room with 2 queen size beds and a sofa. The staff were pleasant and helpful and it was great value too.
Stayed overnight so as to visit family. Check-in was simple and the receptionist was very helpful and informative. The room was adequate although the bathroom was beginning to look a little tired and in need of revamp. I think the main problem was the noise experienced from inconsiderate guests returning to their rooms. The location of our room towards the start of a long corridor and next to the stairs meant it was a pretty restless night until way after midnight. The rooms are not sound proofed and this is certainly an area that the hotel could look to address if they wish to improve standards. We used the swimming pool and jacuzzi on our visit which we enjoyed. The breakfast the following morning was fantastic. There is everything you could wish for to satisfy your taste buds including cereals, dried fruits, waffle machine, pastries, yogurts, fresh fruit, salmon, toast and a mighty full English. The chef was keen to promote his freshly prepared smoothies which were also delicious. The staff were also helpful, friendly and accommodating. Overall, apart from the noise, we had an enjoyable stay. I would advise requesting a quiet area of the hotel. I suspect the further you have to walk to get to your room will be much quieter as there will be fewer people passing. Would definitely recommend though.
Well presented hotel with good facilities. Great service and tasty food. Reasonably priced too. Would definitely stay again. Well done.
Spacious rooms. Right off the motorway​, food was nice but not great. Comfy beds. Bar very expensive. Nice gym and sauna room etc.
Nice place for a meeting and quiet. Reception team very helpful and courteous. Free parking for guests and good coffee
Would give zero stars if possible. Watch out for thieving bar staff
Great hotel. Not the most modern hotel I've stayed in but really clean and staff are all very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend
