Great prices, great location.

Ok place for fuel prices very competitive

Best fuel station in Hereford the cheapest fuel in the city and very friendly staff also a free cash point machine

Cheap petrol to compete with the nearby Asda (which due to the Bank Holiday was shut so we were delighted to find this around the corner, and we were nearly out of fuel - phew!)

Very competitive prices here, easy access, not too busy, can be tricky to exit at rush hour.

After double checking on there site that they did paypoint I walked over a mile to top up my gas & electric via paypoint about 1am to be told they no longer do paypoint!! Not pleased at all!!
Update it information please as very frustrating, had to wait till 7am for another outlet to open!

Great priced fuel. Over priced snacks. Staff never talk to you beyond the necessary. Sometimes a long wait for fuel

Cheapest fuel in Hereford.

I would have given this zero stars if there was an option but one star will have to suffice.

I understand that on the majority of occasions customers are not allowed to use the staff toilet and I completely agree. But after visiting the service station on Saturday 8th August (2015) I was disgusted to find that a lady who had MS was denied access to the toilet that she, very obviously, needed.

She begged and pleaded and physically couldn't go anywhere and was told on multiple occasions that she was not allowed to use the toilet. It's not like she had a choice, when you have MS if you need to go then you've GOT to go!

The young man on the counter seemed frustrated that she's even bothered to ask him and finally shouted at her and told her she could use it before pointing her in the general direction of the toilet. he was very rude and everyone in the queue (including myself) felt absolutely awful for the lady.

The amount of dignity that this lady had lost for wanting to use the toilet was disgraceful and should never happen in today's society.

I urge you to review your toilet using policies for anyone with a debilitating illness and educate the staff accordingly as quite simply it was disgraceful behavior from the member of staff.

Quite simply, I will not be using Hinton service station in the future, despite being the cheapest place in Hereford to get Diesel, and I will be urging my friends and family to do the same.
