Wow what a lovely place. Harry potter and nerf all in the same week. Such fun and something different for the children than just a normall soft play. The kids said they loved it.

We went to the breakfast with Santa on Christmas Eve and had a great time, our girls absolutely loved it, was a lovely atmosphere. The staff made sure our dairy intolerant child had plenty to eat. Was great value for money too!

We will be visiting again soon.

We held my sons 3rd birthday party upstairs and it was fantastic. The kids had so much fun and the food was great, lots of variety. Completely took the stress out of it for me and for a really reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

We had our childminding party here yesterday, it was fantastic. The kids had such a great time. THe staff and the elves went above and beyond to help us out and to entertain and play with the little ones. We knew there would be the playframe and bouncy castle and the elf activities and Santa visit but didn't expect the cars etc to be there to play with and the elves to stay and play with the kids. The food was yummy and we loved the rolls made into faces!! The Santa visit was magical and the grotto was very festive . The children all received a book which was much nicer than the tat you usually get from Santa visits at other places! All in all 16 children had a great time and went home tired and happy, the mums enjoyed a coffee and a chat and watching their children play and 2 childminders who were relieved that the party went well and that they hadn't had to clear up, organise and entertain 16 kids! Thank you sooo much to everyone there who helped make this probably our best Christmas party ever!!! Have a great Christmas from

We had my daughters 4th birthday party here last weekend, can not thank you enough for such a beautiful party. We had the princess package with Princess Cinderella, every last detail was beautifully thought of even down to heart shaped sandwiches with 100's & 1000's sprinkled on top!. The bouncy castle, ball pit, party games, story time, everything was absolutely beautifully put together. Prince Charming behind the counter couldn't do enough for us aswell so big thank you to him and Cinderella. Cannot wait until next year to book our next party here!!! Thank you so much again xxx

We celebrated our daughter's birthday party at the hippodrome today (was supposed to be at snappy's) and it was amazing. Really wish we had booked here to start with. We had an exclusive party upstairs and could not find fault with anything. The ladies who now run the hippodrome are wonderful, friendly and professional. Our party went like a dream. Thank you all for being the calm in a crazy week. We will definitely be recommending you to anyone who is looking for a little ones party venue. Belle turning up was the icing on the cake for our little lady. Thanks again you are fab � � � �

We celebrated my sons 7th birthday on the 8th July . My son and his friends had a fantastic time. The hot food menu and gummy pizza's were a big hit. The staff were fantastic. Very ASD friendly �

Took my two children here today one 4yrs and the other 9months. There was something for both of them to do. Even though it was busy and the lady was clearly rushed off her feet we still received great service and the tables cleared. Food is great and there's loads to chose from and lots of extras. I enjoy taking my children here and it's so nice that it local and not massive trying to take as much money as possible. They're here for the children and the community and it really shows.

They are such lovely people in the hippodrome and are so helpful, i always feel comfortable when im there which is important when im watching my 4 year old and trying to look after my 3month old twins.

Thank you so much to the very competent staff at the hippodrome for making my daughter's 3rd birthday party so magical! The unicorn party was an absolute hit with the kids they loved making their unicorns and then playing and having a tea party with them! The picnic lunch boxes were just fab with an excellent selectoon of food, sandwiches, sweets, cheese, yoghurts, cakes, rainbow drops all unicorn themed and just brilliant! Would highly recommend this place could not fault the service and products provided in a lovely clean envirinment... Thank you peeps you did good x

Thank you so much for doing my daughter's Peppa Pig themed soft play party today. The party was stress free. Hollie was a great hostess who was always on hand. The room was decorated lovely, staff was very competent, George pig mascot was amazing. All the kids had a blast. Totally recommend this company. Thank you for making my daughter's day special. Staff are lovely and welcoming and really good with the children. Me and my son visit a lot and he loves it! Also had his 2nd birthday here and they catered for all the children. Lovely place and great value!

Really enjoy taking the boys here. Can sit and have a coffee and lunch while they play. Very friendly staff. I recommend a visit. It's not too large so it's easy to keep your eye on the children. Can also pay a small amount extra on entry for the children's lunch.

Perfect for a 4 year olds party! We had my son's 4th birthday party upstairs in the Hippodrome yesterday and it was great. They all had a lovely time. We didn't have to worry about big kids barging around as we had the whole upstairs to ourselves. The staff running the party were amazing - so helpful, friendly and accommodating. The three 6 year olds loved it too. Lots of the guests declared they wanted their party there and in fact one of the dads made a booking for his daughter during the party! Thank you �

My wife and I absolutely love going there with our 3 and 5 year old girls, lovely owners and friendly staff. Always clean and tidy with good coffee and even better home made sausage rolls! Not the biggest, shiniest and new, however works well with young children as when seated you can see the whole play area.

My son had his 3rd birthday party and it was amazing! I didn't have to do anything, staff took care of everything!! They were all so lovely and we all had a lovely afternoon! It was all set up beautifully and plenty of food! I will definitely do a party there again!

My older girls were invited to a birthday party here. I also took along my 8 month old baby girl. When the party food came out i sat my baby in a high chair and gave her some little snacks I had brought (she's allergic to cows milk) one of your lovely ladies behind the counter asked me if I wanted anything for Rosie, I told her she had an allergy and she told me everything I could give her from the table that was diary free, she also made her a diary free sandwich as they always keep diary free spreads on hand I was so happy with this as I can't tell you how difficult eating out can be when you can't check labels in food yourself. I was very impressed and would happily recommend this place to everyone, such care and attention to their customers, so thank you. Xx

My nearly 2 year old and 4 year old love it here.It's very reasonably priced and staff are friendly. My daughter was recently invited to a teddy bears picnic birthday party which was lovely and something a bit different from the normal soft play party, the young lady who was the host (sorry can't remember her name) was excellent and was really good with the children.

My little boy loves coming hear and so does his mummy.

He gets to burn of energy while I catch up with friends. We offten have lunch as they have good prices and selection, you can also see them cooking.

The majority of seating is positioned so you can keep an eye on them with out chasing them unless your in the mood for the slid.

The staff are always freindly and happy to help.

They also have a great choice of party's my some had his hear and it was tweaked to suit him. While the kids enjoyed their party THE adults enjoyed their buffet. All in all highly recommended. -x-

My daughter loved the toddler group on Monday and Thursday. So nice that they can play in the soft play at the same time if they want to amazing for the price! The lady that runs it is lovely with the children too. We will be back xxx

My daughter had a teddy bear picnic party at the Hippodrome and I can't recommend it enough. Every year I have my daughter's party here and they never disappoint. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they made my daughter feel like a princess. Lovely fun safe place for the little ones. Clean with good facilities. Lovely friendly welcoming staff and atmosphere. Good food and drink - very reasonable.

Just had my daughters 4th birthday here with Princess Belle being the hostess. Belle was beautiful and absolutely amazing with my very shy little girl - she had a brilliant time! I was particularly taken with the detail of the decor and very impressive little tea cakes/biscuits/sweets. Thank you all so much! :-)

I can not fault the lovely staff at the hippodrome! I had a guilty mummy moment that I didn’t have anything booked for my little boys 3rd birthday so I called in to them and they went above and beyond to fit us in and give my son the best day ever with only 8 days notice!!! Also we turned up early because it was snowing and they let us in and let the kids play!!! Keep up the good work ladies!! You done us proud x

Hippodrome threw my daughter a perfect princess party! Rapunzel and Charming were so attentive and made her feel so special, she has memories that will last her forever! Had a teddy bears picnic for my sons 3rd birthday on Saturday and he had a brilliant time! My son only had three friends coming but this was perfect for a small group and children of this age group. The children got to choose a bear, take the bear off for a play and then come back into the small party room and have a picnic with their new teddy bears. The staff were great and very organised, I will definitely be organising another party here next year. Thank you hippodrome xx

More expensive than other play centres at £7 for toddler entry with lunch. Not over the top expensive at all and happy to pay it but it's so cold in there and the baby jumperoo needs a good scrub. Kids love it and ladies are lovely x

I take my two grandchildren aged 6 and 10 months. They both enjoy it. It is always clean and the staff are very friendly. Just saddens me that Father Christmas was such a grouch. No hohohoho and all he went on about was a mark against my granddaughter for not keeping her room tidy. He just went on and on about it; the poor elf tried to make light of what he was saying. A horrible man. I couldn't wait to get my grandchildren out of there. Will be calling them direct.
