Hiq Workington

HiQ Workington lost my tyres they had in storage. I tried for over a year to find out what had happened to my tyres - I was fobbed off every time I called: 'we'll get back to you' or 'we'll drop them off when passing your place' - NOTHING. Now they admit they have lost them but won't replace them. They say it's not their problem as they have changed the company name. Am seeking legal advice.
