I am selling this on behalf of a friend. She recently lost her husband and now would like to sell their motorhome that they have owned from 2002. It is a fiat hymer B534 (u shaped lounge) in amazing original condition. No rust on the body or chassis. It has covered 170,000 Kms (less than 500 km from last MOT). It will have 12 months MOT.... It is in great condition, please see pictures. It has all the original documents, MOT's, receipts etc.. I have tested the fridge, heater and water boiler and all are working. It comes with a driveaway awning. It has the usual fridge, hob, shower etc but there is also an oven and microwave. They created a 'push away' table in the rear to create more room in the lounge. However the original table is also present. It has an omnistor wind out awning .
I will do my best to answer any questions. The first to see will buy - it is in great condition and has been loved.

NOW SOLD We are trimming our fleet of vehicles over the winter. All our motorhomes have been very well looked after mechanically and fully serviced every year. Jamie looks after all our classic hymers (14 of them). He knows them like the back of his hand and I would recommend his garage services (service, MOT, repair and diagnostics) without hesitation.

SOLD FOR SALE: Mercedes Hymer S660 1993. These vehicles are becoming very collectable and were made in a day where no expense was spared. The quality of these motorhomes is legendary and the fact that they are still going strong a quarter of a century later is testament to their build quality. Imported into the UK in 2013. The mileage shows at 248,400 KM, however the engine was replaced by mercedes in 2011 when the mileage was 149,588KM. Thus the engine has done 98,412KM or j...ust over 60,000 miles. (please see attached pictures) All of this is fully documented with receipts of €13,700 euros. There is a massive amount of original documentation with this motorhome - service history, handbooks etc...
The rear locker of the motorhome has also been made much larger. The rear bed has been lifted to almost double the rear locker space.
The motorhome has solar panels, tow bar, 3 leisure batteries, new awning, LPG system fitted, habitation air conditioning. Alongside the usual fridge/freezer, TV/DVD, captains chairs, cassette toilet, shower etc...
The motorhome has just passed its MOT with no advisories. It has been regularly serviced every year since we have owned it.
There are a couple of blemishes - please see pictures. Rear has a small hole that has been made water tight but needs a more subtle repair. There are small dents on rear left of vehicle. Also a small scrap on the aluminium by fuel filler. The vehicle is 25 years old and will show signs of wear.
I am very familiar with these vehicles and happy to answer any questions that you may have. This is not a forced sale and I am more than happy to keep the vehicle.

It always seems to be the busy services in France where problems occur. Avoid the 'tourist traps'

Why scare away motorhomes they bring in lots of revenue to the local economies. The UK is so far behind Europe where they go out of their way to welcome motorhomes and the revenue they bring.
