Cancellations and no shows.
Please can everybody give 48 hours prior to cancelling appointments. I know many of you understand this and will always give me notice.
I am getting alot of clients cancelling last minute and not turning up to appointments and it is only myself running a small salon and every client makes a big difference to the business.
... I hope everyone understands and moving forward I will be charging 50% of the treatment cost without 48 hours notice and clients that fail to show to there appointments will be charged 100%.
For a small business owner like myself I need to put this in place to keep the salon going.
