Thank you to Farmyard Friends Day Nursery and Holiday Care for having us this morning.
We really enjoyed speaking to the children, showing them our vehicle, the equipment we wear and carry and most importantly they now know who to call in a coastal emergency.

🚨Support Request🚨 15/06/2019 10:35hrs
Team requested to transport additional flood support equipment to Skegness, Lincolnshire.
Bridlington Coastguard Rescue Team relayed a spare vehicle to Hornsea to allow the team to deliver equipment in readiness to support Coastguard teams in Lincolnshire that were on standby should they be needed to assist with the flood rescue effort.
... While en-route the Hornsea team were diverted direct to Wainfleet, Lincolnshire to deliver the additional flood rescue equipment to teams now deployed to the affected area. These were H.M coastguard Skegness, Mablethorpe Coastguard and HM Coastguard Wrangle.
Our thoughts are with those affected by the flooding and all the emergency services, armed forces and agencies working round the clock in the flood rescue effort.
