* Emergency Call Out 20/19 *
As everyone else is fast asleep, our CRO's were paged at 04:16 am to reports of a missing person at risk around the South Pier, Blackpool area.
HM Coastguard Fleetwood and ourselves where tasked to assist Lancashire Police - Blackpool Police following concerns that the person may be at risk.
... Both Coastguard teams where stood down on route as Police Officers located the person elsewhere.

CRO's from Knott-End Coastguard Rescue Team and ourselves had the opportunity to put their hand to some fire extinguisher training. It was an excellent night and many valuable lessons have been learnt, thanks to Blackpool and The Fylde College - Fleetwood Nautical Campus.

* Emergency Call Out 19/19 *
Our Coastguard Rescue Officers were called out to reports of a person who'd fallen down the sea front steps close to Central Pier, Blackpool.
On arrival it was established that a male had lost control of his mobility scooter causing him to fall down the steps leading to the beach. Lancashire Police - Blackpool Police and ourselves provided medical care until Paramedics from North West Ambulance Service arrived.
... Following a successful extraction, the casualty was transported to the Trauma Centre at Royal Preston Hospital.

* Emergency Call Out 16/19 *
Just after 09:10 am today our volunteer Coastguard Rescue Officers and Lancashire Police were called out to reports of a person in the water next to Blackpool North Pier.
The vulnerable male had been in the water up to waist height and was coached ashore by Blackpool Council's Beach Patrol, CRO's from HM Coastguard Fleetwood and ourselves. The casualty was then handed over to North West Ambulance Service Paramedics who transported the casualty ...to Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

* Emergency Call Out 15/19 *
Our volunteer CRO's were called out for the second time today; this call was to reports of a vulnerable female entering the water close to North Pier, Blackpool.
CRO's from HM Coastguard Fleetwood and ourselves arrived on scene quickly to find nothing untoward. Shortly after their arrival an update from Lancashire Police advised the female was located by Blackpool Police Officers inland.

* Emergency Call Out 14/19 *
At approximately 07:45 am today our team of volunteer CRO's were called out to reports of a male entering the water at The Gynn, Blackpool.
HM Coastguard Fleetwood, RNLI and ourselves were all stood down on route by Lancashire Police.

* Emergency Call Out 13/19 *
The team were called out for the second time today, at 11:20 am following reports of an object on the beach near St Anne's Pier
Unfortunately, HM Coastguard are unable to offer further information on this incident at this moment in time as Fylde Police are carrying out further investigations. All press enquiries should be directed to Lancashire Police.

* Emergency Call Out 12/19 *
The team were called out at approximately 01:30am after a dog walker called 999 to report seeing a male entering the sea near Cleveleys.
Due to the rough sea conditions an all weather lifeboat from RNLI Fleetwood and the Maritime and Coastguard Agency's @UKSARRescue936 helicopter assisted HM Coastguard Fleetwood and ourselves in an extensive multiagency search. Unfortunately nothing was sighted and all search and rescue teams were stood down.

* Emergency Call Out 11/19 *
Our team of volunteers were called out last night to reports of a missing person along Cleveleys beach.
HM Coastguard Fleetwood and ourselves responded to the incident but thankfully the casualty was found by Lancashire Police - Thornton Cleveleys and Poulton Police safe and well, inland.

Yesterday these brave individuals saved two teenager girls who were friends of my son and his mates....my son went into water to help the girls while the others rang you guys THANKYOU SO MUCH could of been much worse....thankyou x
