Very professional, explained to me the difference between semi permanent and individuals was very happy with the service, would definitely recommend even though I live in South London, it was definitely worth the journey and money

Second time I've had a full set of eyelashes and they've lasted longer than anywhere else I've previously gotten them done. I doubt I will go anywhere else to be honest. Staff are lovely and so many deals to use and enjoy! :)

Loved it there!! I was greeted well when I went to get my eyelashes done, some natural shedding accused but I was informed but they're great! I've even returned to purchase hair bundles and closure, waiting to instal but great service so far Lovely woman

Ive been to the salon 3 time twice for eye lashes and once for body wax i must say the staff there are really friendly and nice the service i received from them was good and i felt welcome ... like i said ive been 3 times and im surly going back ...thanks HMB Salon x Esther M

I love love loved my experience at this salon, amazing professional service. well worth the 2 hour travel time there. The receptionist and lady who did my hair extensions couldn't have been anymore helpful. The hair was amazing quality and I loved the fact of how quickly the application was with such a great price. I'm going back for my second set of extensions as they are the best I've ever had! All in all lovely people and I would highly recommend this salon to anyone. Many thanks Harri x

I l just love this salon had individual semi permanent eyelashes done in the New Year ,they are very professional it was so relaxing that I fell asleep. One of the best salons in London will definitely be visiting them again,my lashes are still going strong too

I just had a set of Mink lashes at the salon. My therapist was absolutely lovely and the lashes are great . Will definitely return .

They notify you ahead of appointment with their requirements so no misunderstanding of their T&Cs

First time at this salon and I received great service, phoned to book my voucher and was told there was a cancellation, 1 hour later, and I'm Glam again, will definitely be going back. Staff are very professional and friendly.

Staff so kind and professional. I had a manicure, back massage and facial. Manicure was 10/10 perfect and the massage was very relaxing. Facial was nice but I have had better facials elsewhere for the same price, hence the 4 stars. But it was still enjoyable! All In all it was a lovely experience, clean, easy to find and welcoming.

Really disappointed. Booked to have my lashes done, which was running late. Then to my surprise 20 minutes into the 80 minute appointment- another lady came in and said she had been booked too. The lady applying my lashes didn’t seem to care, as she rushed my lashes finishing in half the time it was meant to take. I’m upset as I paid extra for more volume which I don’t believe looked any different from the girl before me that paid for natural. I’m even more upset at the fact that by the time I got home I had many missing already. By the 3rd day, I had chunks missing, looking so uneven and just messy. This was meant to be for a certain occasion, which left me having no lashes at all. Frustrated is an understatement for how I’m feeling with the lack of communication. I have emailed several times, and called yet have not had the salon take any responsibility for their awful job. What an absolute waste of money, would never recommend or go back.

This is the worst service have received from a salon before! How can you have a 48hr cancellation policy and not respond or get a call back to phone calls for me to be able to cancel. Very bad customer service over the phone, staff implying that I'm lieing and telling me I could have made other means to get in touch with me. Sort out your contact details on your website or get a receptionist to always answer calls!

Made an appointment for eyebrows and lashes via treatwell. Travelled an hour to get there only to be turned away and told they couldn’t do it that day as they weren’t aware of the booking. Used treatwell loads of times for appointments in other salons and never had any problems. Not good at all and won’t bother booking with them again.

Lashes looked good for the first day after three days all fell out -was asked if I wanted volume or natural asked for volume and was charged extra £10 not mentioned that this was extra an charge

Lashes fell out the next day. Zero communication from salon after leaving multiple telephone messages and sending several emails. Waste of time and money

Lashes are supposed to be semi permanent that's what I asked for and paid for even paid 10 pounds extra for more volume

Semi permanent lashes is 1 lash on 1 lash through lash isolation I got 5 lashes to 1 lash half of them were gone after a week and I paid extortionate price for them

The did no skin test so I had a reaction and my usual beauty therapist says they are so badly done she will not touch them this is a shame as I now need lash extensions due to sparse lashes

Lash glue was left on my actual face after the appointment which was hard enough to get off.

I asked for Russian lashes but got clusters put on which had so much glue on the fell off in clumps and pulled out half of my eyelashes with it.

My sister went back and told someone who said to call and and say because I would be offered I new set.

When I did call in i was told it was normal for them to fall out like that and then asked if I had a sister (which has nothing to do with the fact I still had bad lashes).

I was told to pay for the longest infil time to take off the little lashes I had left on which was more then what I paid for them and I would get a take off and new set.

I even had pictures of the clumped lashes to prove it!

I had no lashes to put any more on.

I was angry at the service and then at the response to my bad lashes.

My sisters lashes look much better but the where done by a different technician.

I did my lips just under a year ago, this was when shy first started her training so I got it as a discounted price, a few months later i realised bumps were occurring on my lip. After a year my sister did her lips with the same lady and she now has bumps in her lips too.
