We also have extensive experience providing technical accounting support to larger corporates, particularly where their auditors are precluded from offering that support through independence issues. We are one of the few firms outside London to be PCAOB registered and have assisted a number of our clients prepare the documentation required to meet the rigorous requirements of the US and Canadian oversight bodies brought about by the Sarbanes Oxley legislation.
