Went in today to have bio sculpture done on my very short nails and a fringe cut, very helpful friendly chatty staff. Realised they do loads more treatments so will be booking a few more pamper sessions soon.

Well what can i say lucy made me feel like a million dollars today x

2nd review : after 2 months of having my hair extensions today i was in a dilemma as i had tied my hair up for work last night and this morning the back of my hair was tangled i was so upset as i had done so well looking after them x

I calles luci and she said come in , well between luci and vicci they got the tangle out and made my hair feel so much better .

All i can say is thankyou girls i really do appreciate it

You saved my hair i was so worried about losing them .

Second visit to this salon and yet again I am thoroughly impressed! Had gel nails done as well as hair cut and absolutely love them! Lovely choice of colours and Luci was more than happy to go through them with me and discuss what colours complimented each other and what didn't work! And my hair feels amazing and is in excellent condition since I started coming here! Have even started buying their products!! Cannot recommend highly enough ��

My Daughter loves the way Vicci does her hair. Great salon really nice atmosphere and so many different treatments for such a small business. Your made to feel so welcome as soon as you step through the door.

Me and my mum came in today last minute and there was no issues with having our treatments. We had pedicures, which we are both so happy with as was our first time. The chair was lovely that you sit in as it’s a massage chair (bonus). Lovely staff, made to feel so welcome with tea or coffee. Highly recommend if you’ve not already been before!

Lovely friendly staff, super helpful and kind and were wonderful with my two kids, my oldest whos almost 3 actually sat still and didn't cry moan for scream once 5☆'s all around

Love my hair today. Feeling pampered by the owner, she knew what I want. Hot chocolate drink serve, it's like a restaurants and salon at the same time. Will definitely be back recommended to anyone who wants hair cuts. +10 stars for me. Recommended beauty salon in Lowestoft.

I had my hair and brows done at HNL by Vicci, she done an amazing job and even managed to fit me in the following day to set my hair for a wedding! I looked and felt amazing and they’re professional, friendly and made me feel welcomed like an old friend.



Can’t wait to go back and see them both again, would definitely recommend to anyone for hair or beauty treatments!xx

I had my classic eye lashes a week and a half ago now and they're still going strong � I love them so much I will definitely be back for some Russian volumes next time round ;)

Beautifully tidy shop and very clean and hygienic service! Was so nice to see new, clean nail files, sanitiser and having my nails filed by hand. Luci was wonderful and so friendly. I’ll definitely be back. I love my new pretty nails � Thank you x
