I would always buy from there first every time.

Would highly recommend. Brought a gimbal and a birthday phantom 4 drone. Shipped next day. Gimbal had a fault and hobby mounts replaced very quickly. Will be buying all my gear from this company!

delivery to his store was running late and i needed it for the weekend so they pulled a few strings to have it shipped direct from their supplier so i could have it delivered on time.

unfortunately it was having problems and needed to be returned , however Paul dealt with my concerns even though it was after shop hours and is arranging a return and possible replace for me.



that sort of aftersales service is hard to find these days and so i will not shop anywhere else .. thanks Hobbymounts !

Ok..1st. Thk You John Lewis for messing up my drone order BIG Time. Bigger the store Bigger the failure and limited knowledge. But it Gave me the chance to come across HobbyMounts. And my nature, how lucky I'm I. purchased better drone but the service ?? Top Top Top class. Beth - Paul of the two staff I spoke too. absolute pleasure of mine to part with my money. so helpful so kind so knowledgeable. From now on ? first stop will be HobbyMounts. I'm a professional reg'd Drone pilot and Ltd business owner - we needed a supply partner for our drone arm and H.M. were definitely the right choice! Wonderfully​ fast service, quick to answer email queries and go all out to keep my pilots and I in the air! :)

I would like to thank the girl that served me on Birmingham NEC gadget show live with buying an emergency gopro battery and at the same time charging my old one while I enjoyed the day.

Amazing customer service and that extra step made my day.

Definitely going to get accessories from you in the future and recommend to my friends.

I cannot fault Hobby Mounts for customer service and support Paul will spend as long as is needed when dealing with any questions I throw at him on the phone , and will not hesitate in giving them my custom in the future I am a fussy bastard when it comes to products and quality and you get what you pay for... Had my shipping kindly upgraded to DPD, and the friendly driver dropped off a lovely little Tello! Don't know how the DJI site is so much less efficient, but I'll definitely be returning here!

Hobby Mounts have ignored my three separate emails regarding my order, and have not responded to my online RMA request either, even though I was told to use this on my third phone call to them. It seems the phone is the only way to contact them, and expect to have to chase for any kind of customer service.
