Brilliant! Samples aplenty on the generous beer tour - you get a minimum of 5 half pint samples. Tour is one of the best I've been on, and I suspect much of this was down to tour guide Mel, a Surrey local, who has an infinite repertoire of jokes and general banter, in addition to knowledge of the brewing process and the local British ingredients. Thank you, for the non-stop laughs, Mel.

Nice standard beer in copious quantities. You try the draught beers on the tour, which to be honest are readily available anywhere: TEA, HBB and Surrey Nirvana. Shame you couldn't try some of the rare beers which I would have considered purchasing.
The thing that spoilt the tour for us was the guide's constant jokes which were proudly politically incorrect. Others on the tour clearly found this style hilarious or had been drinking alot prior to the tour.
Perhaps it was just us more liberal types that found it to much, so other readers may enjoy. Shame because he could have told us more about the beer and brewing process which were the interesting bits.

If you like beer this brewery is well worth a visit. The price of a tour is easily covered by the free ales you will be given. You will need a taxi home or nominated driver.

Did want to give a bad rating but the guy on the till in the shop was pretty rude. When I was just asking for advice on a present. He was happier talking to his colleague.
I wasn't dressed in particularly smart clothes for a weekend day and on the younger side of customers, but please don't judge people provide arrogant service...or you get a quite customer who gets offended and give you a bad review.

Really great beers and a great shop where you can but bottles and polypins of beer. The shop is wells stocked and the brewery tour is a must. It's really interesting and you get to taste LOTS of beer! One pof the guides who also writes books - is amazingly funny!

A great brewery tour, a very very good guide who really knew his stuff. Add to this a bunch of test ales to try. Loads of world beers in the shop too.

Awesome range of excellent beers brewed of site and a wide range of other brewery beers in the shop. Range includes local wines and ciders. Tours of the brewery are also available that are both informative and humorous and include sampling the current batch of beers. Highly recommended.

Just returned from a tour if the brewery this evening, went round on a tour prrviously about 20 years ago, amazing how the place has changed. But kept it's character. Love the beers produced by my local brewery. Happy to introduce friends to the selection of beers available.
