Holbrook Parish Council

The annual Parish Footpaths Walk is tonight. If you can join us, we would love to see you. 7pm at the Hall. You will be assigned a footpath to walk and report any information back to the Footpaths Officer. This ensures we can keep our public footpaths preserved as footpaths. If you can spare some time, please do join us. This evening, (Tuesday 17th July) 7pm

The Annual Parish Meeting, The Annual General Meeting and the Monthly Parish council meeting, all take place tonight from 7.15 at the Arkwright Parish Hall. We hope you have seen the great work that is taking place at the hall. The project is moving on to phase two shortly and we are excited to see the refurbishments completed.

As part of our efforts to raise the required funds to purchase the recently adopted phone box on Town Street we have launched a go fund me page. If you can spare a little to help us in our quest to raise the required £600 to start the project we would be most grateful.

We have a project coming up to raise money for a defibrillator to be housed in the phone box on Town Street. A big thank you to Chris who has volunteered to help raise funds. If you have any ideas please do get in touch too :-)

The next meeting is Wednesday 28th March 2018 at the Arkwright Hall which we are excited to say renovation work is moving forward well. The meeting starts at 7.15pm.

A few dates for your Diary. The next Parish Council meeting will be on Wednesday 29th November 2017 at the Arkwright Village Hall. This will be the last meeting of 2017. Also the Christmas Tree at the Hall will be switched on at 6.30pm on Friday 1st December. Seasons greetings!! 🎄🎄🎄🎄

Good evening all. Sorry for any confusion. The annual Footpath walk is taking place on Tuesday 27th June, this Tuesday. If anyone is free to join the team for the walk it would be most helpful. You'd be assigned a footpath to walk and any issues reported back. Hope you can join us. Thanks Hannah

If you have some time on Tuesday evening please could you join us for the annual Footpath walk. You'll be assigned a path to walk and we just ask you to report back with any issues you find. A group is meeting on Tuesday at the hall at 7pm (27th) it would be great to have some extra people with the group :-)

If you have some spare time on Tuesday 27th next week and fancy a walk around the lovely Parish we are asking volunteers to meet at the Hall at 7pm to join in the annual footpath walk. You will be assigned an area to walk along a footpath and report any issues that you find. This will then be reported to DCC. If you want any further information, please contact Hannah Owen, Parish Clerk.

The annual Footpath walk will take place on Tuesday 27th June 2017. Everyone will meet at the Parish Hall and be assigned a short area to walk. The aim is to report any issues on the footpaths and get these reported to Derbyshire County Council.
