We had our first experience of Holee Cow last Friday. Very excited to go there after seeing all the pics of the food on Instagram.

Food looked as good as the pics and most importantly, tasted fantastic.

We will definitely be going again.

Visited for the first time for lunch today and it was amazing!

The Mac and Cheese balls are to die for and the staff are really lovely.

Definitely a great place to get a good burger, just what Cheltenham needs! We will be back soon!

Loved it. Went for second time tonight. Burgers super tasty, nice atmosphere and sides we had were fantastic. Macaroni cheese bites are amazing!! Staff friendly and attentive. All in all price point great, and superb value for money. Cant wait for my next visit Holee Cow!

It’s exactly what you want and expect from a burger joint. Second to none burgers, amazing chips n a beer to go with it. Can’t put it better than that.

Finally a quality Burger place in Cheltenham. It mixes quality ingredients with an imaginative cheffing to create a really exciting menu. The wine selection is a spot on (try the Shiraz) match for the menu. Everything is very reasonably priced and the attentive and professional manner of the staff is the cherry on the cake.

Came for a quick lunch, excellent service, very attentive! Food was delicious, by far the best bacon and cheese fries around!!! Burgers were really good too!!! Definitely be back soon.

Burgers. beyond belief... I must say it’s something Cheltenham’s been missing. Top quality food, good choice of lagers and ales, lovely atmosphere and awesome decor. With a price that really doesn’t break the bank unlike an awful chain that’s opened recently, some criticism would be that the staff were slightly inexperienced they were very friendly (this would obviously get better over time) but the owner couldn’t be more accommodating.



Highly rate the Mac and cheese balls and the P.I.T.M was a taste sensation with one of the best brioche buns I’ve had and I’ve been around a bit when it comes to burger shops.. Will be back on a regular basis!!



Be warned the chips are slightly salty towards the bottom but if you’re into that then there’s no complaints.

Best chicken ever! Love the hot sauce! My husband had the holee cow and loved it too! Sides were delicious, staff very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Will def be back! �

Best burger I’ve ever tasted and the best fast service � can’t wait to go again!

Amazing original burgers! So nice to have something different! 100% recommend the spicy clucker! The chicken thigh was so tasty and had beautiful home made slaw. The Mac and cheese bites are the best I’ve had!

Have great selection of different drinks as well , the milkshakes sound so good �

I enjoyed it. Food was tasty, good choice and welcoming atmosphere.

Having been opened recently you can entirely forgive the few bits of constructive criticism I have:

Waiting staff were very nervous and inexperienced. That will come with time but they should be better informed. When asked what a particular lager was the response was 'a trendy lager'. Need to be educated on their food and drink. Also not knowing that you couldn't use contact less on purchases over £30.

Burger went cold quite quickly, it was still great but some way of heating it through or cooking for longer would be preferred.

Need some heating in the venue, but cold in there.

That doesn't detract from the great food which I will come back for.

We expect a crowded restaurant as it was 2 days after the opening but surprisingly was completely empty. The staff is quite inexperienced but very kind.



We had different burgers and chips and the quality of the patties and toppings was great, but the buns really greasy and the chips extremely salty, even with the sauce they just taste to cajun spices.





At least they have proper drinks, coke in a bottle is not often seen around, but they could offer you a glass with ice...

Visited today for the first time, was really looking forward to trying the burgers, very disappointed with the food, the burger was average and the chips were undercooked and everything was cold, portion sizes are small also, especially for the price

Nice food and friendly service. We were warned our burgers would be medium, which I like. But these were verging on blue, and cold. Such a shame as I had heard so many good reviews. Mac and cheese balls and a nice selection of beers semi redeemed it though

I was a little underwhelmed TBH. It was a nice enough welcome and I must say, the cookie milkshake was very good. Ordered 2 burgers, but only received one, so had to wait for the other to be cooked, but was a little surprised it was missed, as we was the only ones in there. We wasn’t asked how we wanted our burgers cooked, so just presumed there was something in the pate which meant it had to be cooked through, but when one came, it was med/rare and the other was med/well?? The burgers on the other hand was good, but not fantastic.There was nothing to suggest the burgers came with fries, so ordered 2 side orders of them, then one came with fries and the other didn’t and we ordered the same burger? We was in a rush and it wasn’t disgusting, so really didn’t want to be getting caught up in the complaint process, but prob wouldn’t visit again.

Been looking forward to good no here, sorry to say I was slightly disappointed.Nothing special, I thought the burger was a bit dry, fries well, so they had skins on, what doesn’t these days? Sorry Holee Cow, I really wanted to give you a good review, but I will not be going back, I prefer Five Guys. ���

Wasn’t over impressed, we couldn’t wait to visit after hearing such good things, 6 of us ordered burgers , various fries and sides. Ordering was smooth and the waitress was pleasant . The food arrived after around 20 minutes, it looked good but to be honest it was pretty average, the burger was undercooked for my liking, it didn’t have that flame grilled taste and it definitely wasn’t served in a brioche bun. The sides were ok again nothing to rave about. Also they don’t serve dessert. Don’t think I’d rush back
